This unit is a favorite of families and group reunions as it has a twin right next door. This is hands down BEST value just off the sand! Leaving you with money to spare to visit SeaWorld, the Zoo, LegoLand, Wild Animal Park and enjoy San Diego's great restaurants.

This beachy 1940's bungalow was updated from top to bottom. With granite counter tops, stainless appliances, and hardwood floors almost throughout, you will feel like you are at home. This classic 2 bedroom (sleeps 6), 1 bath is located just 2.5 short blocks from beautiful Sail Bay (part of Mission Bay that is closest to the ocean), 2.5 blocks to a scenic waterfront childrens park, and about 7-8 blocks from the ocean where Mission Beach and Pacific Beach blend together. WHAT ARE YOUR MINIMUM RENTAL REQUIREMENTS?
Our standard rental period is four nights, however if you are interested in a shorter period contact us directly as we often make exceptions depending on the season and availability. In general we will not accept any rental bookings shorter than four nights prior to 30 days before your requested rental dates. June 1 - August 31 requires weekend to weekend (7 night min-stay) bookings.
Costs: Rental fee, cleaning $125 (+$25 summer season due to extra work i.e. Sand, beach towels, etc.), 11.5% City Tax & $39 Damage Insurance (In-lue of hefty deposit) & optional add-ons. No tax on 30+ nights. 1/3 of total to reserve; balance due 30 days before arrival.
