The 2011, no-expense-spared restoration preserved the original hardwood floors, multiple original fireplaces, antique Baccarat Chandeliers and spectacular ceiling molding. The bathrooms and kitchen epitomize the height of today’s luxuries and amenities, including air conditioning. The décor throughout the apartment includes many original 19th century French antiques and artwork, handpicked by the owners, who are world-renowned antique dealers based in Los Angeles and Paris. Imagine living in a restored 19th century French apartment appointed by art and furnishings which are original to the same period.
One would have trouble finding a more desirable Parisian address than that of Residence Saint-Germain.
