Great 2 Bedroom + Loft, 2 Bath Unit. 4 star rating. Sleeps 10 comfortably. Enjoy beautiful views of the mountains and trees from the oversized deck. Recently updated with new carpet, appliances, washer/dryer, paint and all new high quality furnishings. Full kitchen with new range, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, BBQ, fireplace, 4 TVs, VCR/DVD player, and games. The complex has an outdoor spa and ping pong table.

Mammoth View Villas is located off of Lakeview Blvd and once you arrive there is no reason to get back in your car until you leave. It is only a 3-5 minute walk to the Village where you can access the gondola to Canyon Lodge and take advantage of all of the shops, restaurants and Village activities. If you don't feel like walking there is also a shuttle stop right outside the complex that will take you to the Village

The condos at Mammoth View Villas are not the typical 'hotel' style condos like a lot of the complexes. There are about 10 steps to get into the unit and it is tri-level inside. There is no one above or below you and only one neighbor to the side. The condo is very private and quiet and has an over sized deck to enjoy the views from. There is plenty of open space around the condo where the kids can play in the snow and go sledding!

Downstairs has two bedrooms and a bathroom, the main level has the kitchen, dining room and living room and upstairs has the second bathroom and loft. Bedroom #1 has a king bed, Bedroom #2 has a Queen and twin bed, there is a queen sleep sofa in the living room and the loft has a twin over full bunk bed. All rooms have TV and Cable.

NO PETS AND NO SMOKING!!

Why Erin chose Mammoth Lakes

In 2008 we bought a studio+loft in the same complex. Soon after we had 2 kids and quickly started outgrowing it. In 2011 prices were right so we decided to start looking for something bigger that would work for our family for years to come. We loved the layout and location of Mammoth View Villas condos so we decided to buy this unit.

What makes this condo unique

We looked at sooooo many properties and we choose this one because of the views of the Sierras. I wanted a condo with a cabin feel and this one was it! You look out to beauty and not the guy next door. And the other thing we loved about the condo is its location, location, location. Once we arrive in Mammoth we don't like to drive. We are a 3 minute walk to the Village and never have to fight the crowds getting a parking space.

Our Epic Mammoth Trip at the Mammoth View Villas

It was my idea to put together a trip to Mammoth with my close friends. So there was a lot of pressure on me to find the right place to stay. I'm so thankful I did! Not only was the owner very friendly and worked with me to make sure everything was in order, but the manager was also very friendly. The condo was better decorated than most other places I've stayed, it warmed up fairly quickly. There was plenty of space for our group. The appliance and tv's were up to date, unlike a lot of other places. It was a great feeling when each one of my friends told me that they really liked the place and would stay there again.

Good condo, great location!

Unable to reserve the smaller condo #330352 at short notice, owner Erin very kindly offered this one at the same price and we were not disappointed. The condo is well equipped and boasts enough plates & dishes for an army! For just the two of us, we were more than comfortable and particularly enjoyed the nice recliners after a day's hiking. We appreciated the efficient heaters in the evenings too. It's so peaceful and quiet, yet bars & restaurants are just a few minutes' walk away. A perfect spot for a long weekend, thanks Erin!

Clean and convenient Mammoth Lakes Condo

Erin's condo was the perfect place to stay for a month this past summer. The condo was clean and comfortable and has a wonderful balcony to enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning sun. I have never seen a washer and dryer with so many features. A wonderful convenience. The living area was very comfortable and felt just like home. The kitchen for the most part was fine, though it surprisingly did lack a teakettle and measuring spoons. The master bed was quite soft (for me - others may like it that way), so I ended up sleeping in the loft, which was fine.

The location is only a five minute walk to the Village, so it was extremely convenient. Erin handled my questions and concerns quickly and professionally and I will definitely consider renting this condo should I again spend time in Mammoth Lakes.

Comfortable, cozy unit. Excellent access to the Village and a bus stop to Canyon Lodge steps away. We did not need a car. Killer flat screen TV and a nice spa in the complex. Kids can sleep on the third floor (with their own TV) and adults on the first. Resident manager did an excellent job removing snow right away.

Recommended.

Clean and comfortable condo

We had a great experience renting this condo. For starters, it is very cozy and comfortable. The King and Queen beds are tastefully made up with warm comforters and plenty of pillows. The living area has a nice TV, relaxing arm chairs, a plush sofa, and an awesome pellet stove. There is parking right up to the unit, and the location is within walking distance to the Village.

Communication with the owner is excellent. Emails were answered quickly and the entire exchange was like clockwork. This place is a bargain and I will definitely return!
