Johnson Ranch is located close to the shopping and entertainment areas of the greater Phoenix area but away from the constant noise and traffic. Less than 1/2 hour to several beautiful and challenging golf courses.

We are approximately 15-20 minutes from the Mesa Gateway Airport and 45-50 minutes away from Sky harbor Airport.

Getting around by car is can be done quickly and safely due to the great highway and freeway system of the valley. The nearby Superstition Mountains are incredibly beautiful and offer numerous opportunities to visit and hike.

The 1400 sq. ft. home in Johnson Ranch is situated in a very safe and secure neighborhood that has over 23 parks with benches, picnic tables, playscapes and volleyball courts throughout the Community. There are 3 full size pools with hot tub/spas, a free pitch and putt golf course and for the anglers there is a catch and release fishing lake.

Inside you will find a fully furnished home with all the amenities that you could wish for whether you are using the outside barbecue on the spacious patio deck or preparing a gourmet meal in the kitchen.

Fully equipped kitchen complete with large walk in pantry. Fridge with ice maker and RO water system. In sink food disposal system.

All of the furnishings and linens and decorations are brand new as the home was completely remodelled and redecorated in early September 2011. We hope you will love it.

Enjoy the warm desert sun in the north facing backyard with a view of the 3rd fairway. Stay cool under the covered patio. Complete patio set with two extra lounge chairs for the warm sunny afternoons.

Three bedrooms. Master bedroom, king size bed complete with ensuite and large walk in closet. Queen bedroom. Main bath with shower and tub. Double/twin bunks in third bedroom.

Adults will enjoy the living room with HDTV, wireless internet, and free long distance to USA and Canada

We stayed here in April 2012, and it was absolutely wonderful! The home was nice and clean, and very comfortable for my husband and I and our daughter and friend. It took all of 20 mins to get here from the airport, and it was a great home base, as we took in a pheonix coyotes ball game, spent time golfing, horseback riding, shopping and touring all around phoenix/mesa area. Would go back in a heartbeat! Thanks for the wonderful experience guys. Loved it!
Really enjoyed the community pools as well. Tried 2 out of the three, and it was a great way to cool off at the end of the day.
