My wife and I lived in Florida for many years and have always loved the Keys.Avid boaters; we love be on the water. We have 2 sons who both love watersports as well. After completing our medical training in Tampa we moved back to SC to be closer to family but could not stay away from the Keys. We bought this home as a second home in 1992 and only began renting out to help cover some of the expenses. As such you will see when you arrive that this is not just a rental property but is our home.We dont rent it out more than 5-6 times a year.
