EXCLUSIVE DOLPHIN RIDGE "ISLAND TIME"

This was my first time visiting this beautiful Emerald Island. I must say it is truly breath taking, from the beautiful home as well as the natural beauty of the Dolphin Ridge neighborhood and beaches.
The accommodations were as promised, no need to bring a thing. The owners thought of everything. The house has ample space to spread out for quiet time. Perfect for a family get away or girls week away (this is what I was lucky enough to do). The house is neat, and comfortable and lets you feel like you are home. Beautiful choice of colors and decorations.
Access to the beach was easy, taking the golf cart and viewing the surrounding neighborhood in the process was fun. Saw lots of deer.
It is also an excellent area with many things to do near by. Yet not too touristy or overcrowded. We found some great little nostalgic restaurants close by.
Would go back to ISLAND TIME in a heart beat.

Island Time is the ideal setting for an Emerald Isle vacation! I enjoyed a week at this lovely home in late October with friends and highly recommend it to anyone who wants to relax in beautiful surroundings with easy access to the beach. The recently built house is tastefully decorated to give guests a comfortable, "island" feel and offers every convenience. Whether you're lounging by the pool or enjoying your morning coffee on the covered porch, it's like having your own private resort!

There is so much to do and see in the area and lots of great places to eat, drink and shop!

This house is gorgeous!!!! It is brand new, immaculately clean and so beautifully decorated. It has every amenity you could want. The main living area is exceptionally comfortable and the screened patio off the kitchen/living area was lovely for dining and just relaxing with a book. The master suite is truly luxurious! The pool and deck area with outdoor bar were especially nice. Loved the outdoor shower!!! I also loved the safety features and this would be a great home for anyone, and especially for families with children, as a brief alarm sounds if any doors leading to the swimming pool are opened. Adults can override the alarm by pressing a button, but can feel secure that they will be aware if any little ones open doors leading to the pool. The entire Dolphin Ridge community is beautiful. The golf cart was an excellent convenience and made getting to the beach with all our gear a snap! The beach was pristine and not crowded at all. Saw tons of wildlife, turtles, birds of all sorts, deer, dolphin, pelicans. Had a wonderful and relaxing stay at Island time and was so impressed by all the green features of this exquisite home. Did I mention how beautifully decorated this home is :))?Just can’t say enough nice things about this truly outstanding home.
