    One week minimum rental period. Rates subject to 11% Florida tax. Rates do not include a $40 non-refundable administrative fee or the $90 cleaning fee. Rates based on 1-4 people. Add'l guests $10/person/night plus tax. A deposit of $225 (weekly rental) or $350 (monthly rental) is required to reserve the unit which includes the $40 admin. fee. For in-season rentals (12/15 - 4/30), 25% of the rent balance is due 60 days prior to the arrival date.

A summer home with everything

This summer home must be one of the best of the complex. The pool was large and not crowded despite the water in it was very warm. In Janury we missed the sun on the lanai, but later on it must be nice be in the shadow. Unfortunately the weather was not the best during our short stay but there was a lot to explore. The beach is unique and very close. We hope to return soon.

Great family vacation spot

We came down with our 16 year old and his freind, they had a great time. We rented them bikes to cruise the island, and they used the trolly as well. The condo is perfect! Very clean and well maintained, no complaints at all here. We enjoyed the short walk to the beach everyday, the pool was perfect tempature and clean. Lots of great places to eat and have a drink on the island, several within walking distance.
Looking forward to coming back next year.

CAME DOWN WITH MY MOM, AUNT AND TWO CHILDREN. WE HAD A GREAT TIME. CONDO WAS CLEAN, VERY NICE AND ROOMY ENOUGH FOR ALL OF US. VERY CLOSE TO EVERYTHING YOU'D NEED - BEACH, RESTAURANTS AND SHOPPING. GREAT SHELLING IN NEARBY SANIBEL. IF YOU NEED ANY IDEAS FOR FOOD AND FUN THINGS TO DO JUST ASK JOEY AND JB AT THE CLUBHOUSE. VERY FRIENDLY PEOPLE AND GAVE US GREAT ADVICE. OFFICE STAFF WAS VERY HELPFUL TOO. THANKS SO MUCH FOR A GREAT VACATION!!!

Save some money and stay across the street from the beach

Clean and functional unit. Very nice lanai with good view. Complex is very well maintained. Pool area is very nice. A small walk across the street to the beach. Good location on the south end.

Save a lot of money and stay here, across the street from the beach. You probably will not miss being "on the beach."
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Families with Young Children, People with Disabilities, Romantic Getaway

HOME FROM HOME

We stayed at at Fairview Isles for 10 nights in May 2010 it was a dream come true,wonderful condo ,beautifully furnished,all the comforts of home.Beach Towels provided and Chairs and Sunshades too,The pool area is immacuale with BBQ equipment on hand ,lots of pool beds and chairs and very frienly owners and guests made us very welcome.
A supermarket and drug store are very close by and many shops in Santini Square only a 5 minute stroll.
There are many restaurants near by and we recommend Charlies Boat House and Nemos on the beach.
The beach is excellent and many watersports available,spend time in Times Square and stroll along the pier,some nights there are good street entertainers to watch.
We were visitors from the UK and intend to return again this year
