Booking terms & conditions: A 25% deposit is required upon booking. The balance to be paid 8 weeks before the start of your holiday. FREE POOL HEATING FOR RESERVATIONS OF 7 OR MORE NIGHTS! LAST MINUTE BARGAINS _ PLEASE CALL FOR PRICES!! The rental charge is for up to 10 guests. Cleaning at beginning and end of rental period is included. A daily maid service is available if required at an additional cost. Pool heating at £40 ($80) per week (if required) needs to be added to the total cost. We strongly advise that an all inclusive holiday insurance cover be taken out, something we don't do but we can recommend a broker if required. A refundable security deposit of £200.00 ($400.00) will be payable to cover any breakages/damage. The security deposit will be refunded to the client no later than 30 days after vacating the property, subject to no breakages/damage Full terms & conditions available on request & will accompany any booking.

We took our two teenage children and nine year old. We had a fantastic time. The resort is beautiful, the staff very friendly and helpful. The townhouse was more amazing than we could of imagined. The only problem was we had to leave three days before our stay as we were driving and i didnt have confirmation before we arrived. Made for a little stress, worked out. Make sure you have confirmation. Recommend this place to any family. We will return.

This holiday rental was a clean place to stay and had everything we were looking for in a home away from home. We were a little dissapointed that there were no complimentary anything. There was no soap anywhere, no bin liners anywhere, no toilet rolls anywhere. I would have preferred to have paid a little extra to have some of those things in the house so I didn't have to go buy it all.

Perfect Vacation Home

I was extremely nervous about renting a villa directly from owner...sight unseen. How do I know if the pictures are real? How do I know if it is truly close to Disney? I was a wreck and encountering tales online of bad villa experiences did not help. Well, my interactions with the owner eased my fears a little. He was gracious, fair, accomodating, and professional. Any residual fears immediately subsided the moment we turned into the Encantada. It was exquisite. The grounds, clubhouse, pools, spas.....Everything....was beautiful and clean. I was further impressed with the villa itself. We stayed there a week and truly felt at home. It looks exactly like the pictures and it was clean. It is roomy with a well supplied kitchen and a nice washer and dryer. It was wonderful to have our own personal pool to go to after a long day at the the parks. The pool was fairly big and sparkling clean. The villa is very close to the clubhouse so the other pools and spas were less than a minute's walk away.There are two main pools, one is zero-entry, two spas, and a lovely lake. The resort itself is relatively peaceful and seemingly secluded but close to many resturants and shopping. Most importantly for Disney visitors, this property truly is very close to Disney. I don't recall it ever taking any longer than 5-10 minutes to get to any of the four Disney Parks. I really don't think it ever took us more than 8 minutes, even with a little traffic. Overall, this is an extraordinary place to stay during vacation. The staff is great, the owner is great, and the villa is fabulous.

Fantastic holiday!

What a great place!
The villa is immaculate, has everything you need & so clean. Our kids loved the pool (they jumped in fully clothed as soon as we arrived!)
Beds are comfortable & the rooms are spacious. There's a huge bed upstairs & three bathrooms!
It took us 4.5 minutes from the villa to Disney even allowing for traffic lights - so easy to get to anywhere from here.
We all enjoyed the holiday & can't wait to go again.

A wonderful experience is the best way to describe it.

What can i say. I rented this house for a period of 10 days together with 2 of my collegeas , and for me i could stay here for weeks. They loved it as well.
When i came in the property i felt at home immediatly, everything was clean and looked very nice, the whole resort is of great quality.
I would highly recommand this to new guests.
This is not the first time for me in the states, this was my 17th visit to the USA, and i have travelled with campers, cars and used a lot of hotels in the past.
And now using a house. I would do it all over again without a doubt.
