There is plenty of living space in this beach cottage. It is about a 2 blocks to Hampton's beautiful beach. A nice walk to the Casino and the shows at the Hatch Shell. We are located on P St

This property contains 3 units in 2 cottages. This is a single family cottage with an open living concept. On the first floor is a large eat-in kitchen seats 8; 1 full baths and very comfy living room, new furnishings; on the second floor, bedroom #1 one queen bed, bedroom #2 one full bed; bedroom #3 bunk beds; bedroom #4 one queen bed; This cottage will sleep 10 w/pullout couch. Please bring linens and your favorite pillow. All beds are new pillow tops

The kitchen is complete w/dishwasher and full-sized appliances. Conveniences include: window air conditioning, cable TV, wireless Internet and a washer/dryer, HDTV

Your gas grill is on your 34 foot deck. Parking in garage space with door height limited to 6'2

This house was clean and comfortable as the title states. It has a great layout and everything that you need. I love that it is a level off the ground and you can see all around you. At times you almost forget you are at a busy beach. You get all the amenities of Hampton Beach without feeling overwhelmed by it all. It is a great house for families or a getaway with friends. Definitely a place I will be visiting again.

I have been renting from Brian for 4 years and we just rented this new place. The pictures are great but it is even better when you get in it. This place is very spacious and extremely clean and well taken care of. We are hoping to stay here two weeks next year it was so wonderful. A little longer of a walk to the casino but really not bad. I would recommend this and any other property he has for rent - you will not be disappointed!
Recommended for:  Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway
