All located 15 to 30 minutes away depending on where you wish to tee off at.

Things to do close by:: Downtown Elizabethton has one of the oldest Covered bridges (built in 1882) in the state! Antique shops line the quaint Mayberry type town with various restaurants. Antique cars line the down town streets (closing just for them) on weekends during warm weather.
White Water Rafting: It's available on the nearby Watauga River or the Nolichucky River (about a 30 or 40 min. drive).
Jonesborough, home of The National Story Telling Festival is about 45 minutes away. People from all over the world will be in attendance.
The Appalachian Fairgrounds in Gray is about 40 minutes away.

Or you could ride up the road to the national forest and use the many trails available there.
