The master bedroom suite features a king-size bed, walk-in closet and a large master bathroom. This spacious master bath has a separate walk-in shower, oversized double whirlpool tub, dual sinks and a built-in makeup area. A second bedroom features another king size bed, the third has 2 twin beds and the fourth bedroom has a trundle bed (providing 2 twin beds). Use of a gas Broilmaster grill is also included.
The 2,000+ sq. foot home with skylights was newly built in 2005 and tastefully furnished. Four tv's (large screen TV in the living room), two dvd's, and a washer/dryer unit are located in the home along with internet access. Upgrades such as 14 foot ceilings, crown molding, and granite countertops make your 'home away from home' surroundings comfortable and luxurious. The pool (which is cleaned on a daily basis) and two tennis courts are a few doors down from the home. Please note that this is a quiet family neighborhood and the home can accommodate a maximum of 3 cars.

In addition to the beach you won't have to venture very far to enjoy many of the Destin area attractions. With just a brief drive you'll be on some of the finest championship golf courses and outstanding restaurants in the Florida Panhandle.
Shoppers can enjoy the Destin Commons Shopping area and Silver Sands Designer Outlet Mall. Children will not be disappointed with bowling a game at Destin Lanes, riding a go-cart, or spending the day at the Big Kahuna Water Park.There are also excellent charter boats available for full and half day world class fishing adventures at Destin Harbor or a pleasure cruise. Numerous spas can also be found throughout the area.
