Apartment in newly constructed building, 5 blocks from the beach in the middle of the beach great. 1 suite with two bedrooms, bathroom, living room 3 rooms, barbecue, kitchen and laundry. Sunny and very airy with urban views and mountains, beautiful sunset. On the fourth floor with elevator and garage. The property was built in 2011.

The property is in a quiet, residential, five blocks from the beach. Torres is the most beautiful beach gaucho and events. Ballooning New Year and are very famous. The 30 km of the National Park of Sierra trimmed. Close to school, market, clinic, hospital, pharmacy and various services. Near the square Joao Neves da Fontoura. Building built in 2011.
