We are located in Sanibel's most convenient beach neighborhood. The beach is a 350 yard walk. Quiet and private, yet close to shops and restaurants.

This is a MONTHLY rental but why not stay longer. We will discount BIG for multiple months.

Subletting your rental is stricly prohibitied, and legal action will be taken to remove any party occupying the cottage other than the original clients.

Perfect Location, The Best Beach, Private

My husband and I, along with my 9 year old son, were looking for a peaceful beach vacation, and the opportunity to enjoy some time together. This professionally managed private home on beautiful Sanibel Island couldn't have suited our needs any better.

Situated in a peaceful residential neighborhood, this property felt like our home away from home. So much different than the bustling Florida condo complexes we had stayed at in the past. We were just a short, pleasant stroll down a quaint, unpaved road to the beach access. Having traveled the world together, our family found the calm, warm waters and pristine sandy expanses of our Nerita Beach location to be second to none. Our son spend hours entertaining himself collecting what seemed to be a never-ending supply of interesting sea shells. This beach has to be experienced to be believed.

When a midday snack was in order, we simply returned home to enjoy some al fresco dining on the deck overlooking our large, private yard.

The cottage itself is freshly renovated and very tastefully decorated. You can tell the home was appointed for the owner's personal use. It's simply not your typical rental.

We hope to return to this little gem in the summers to come.

A treasure on Sanibel Island

This is a very cute, very clean, very comfortable home within a block of the Gulf and near the Holiday Inn. The neighborhood was quiet, and the people we encountered very friendly.

Everything is very well maintained, extremely clean and comfortable. A nicely appointed kitchen had everything we needed on those days that we weren't sampling the many fine restaurant options nearby.

We loved that we could walk to the beach... so that we could do our daily walk ON the beach. The pool and pool bar @ H.I. was welcoming, even though we were non-guests.

We found it to be extra nice to be tucked into a neighborhood rather than in a resort zone... it was the perfect setting for a relaxing, romantic week.

We've already reserved our time for 2013, and know that the memories we made while staying here will stay with us for a lifetime.

Thanks Kelly for your outstanding care. We're looking forward to dinner with you next year.

Ideal Location!

I relaxingly enjoyed January 2012 in this wonderful property. Located on a quaint low-traffic lane, with just a short, leisurely stroll to Sanibel's best beach, the freshly rehabbed, stylish, and sparkling clean cottage perfectly suited my needs. The added bonus was that for the price of an ordinary condo rental I was able to have my own private residence! You don't feel like a tourist here, but more like a resident who has arrived to enjoy their own place at the beach.

Sanibel Island is one of the few destinations where dog owners can enjoy their daily beach walks with their leashed pets. This cute home allows pet owners to bring along their furry family members who always appreciate a day at the beach. The private, park-like backyard is also the perfect place for the pups to romp.

I have been visiting Sanibel for many years, and this walk to the beach cottage on charming Cardium Street is simply tropical Paradise found!
