Our Executive 5 bed 4 bath villa will be your dream home away from home and will make your holiday in Orlando the best ever. We have 3221 square feet of inside executive luxury and 4500 sqaure feet in total, yes it is HUGE!. The floor plan is simply stunning we have two living rooms each furnished to the highest standard. We have a cream leather suite in one room and a feature 8 seater Black leather sectional suite in the other which has powered reclining chairs. Sit back and relax watching a stunning 60 inch LED HD TV with hundreds of channels to choose from. YES thats right the TV package we provide gives you an amazing choice of channels, unlike many Florida villa's who only give you a very basic channel line up. you will be able to watch more than Bay News 9 in our home!. If you dont fancy watching TV, then you must try our XBOX 360 with Kinect and play the latest games in stunning HD, or take in a movie on our Blu Ray DVD player. We also have the IHOME wireless speaker system, so bring along your iphone,ipad, laptop or ipad touch and play all your music wirelessly from your device, its amazing and the sound from the system is brilliant. The ihome system is portable so while your relaxing taking in the sun you can have the ihome with you on the lanai and you can select your music from your handset, without venturing from your lounger!. Maybe its a sporting challenge you need so give our fully equipped Games room a try, We have provided a 7ft 6' American pool table, Air Hockey table and Bar Football (foosball), this is sure to be a big hit with the children and adults alike.

Our HUGE lanai is South West facing, which means you will have the sun beaming down on our lanai for most of the day. Unlike many villas the rear of our home is NOT overlooked and we have the much sought after conservation views. We are NOT back to back with other villas, you have privacy as you will see from our pool photo's. We also have a feature 40 foot fully screened very private balcony with relaxing reclining chairs, here you can sit back and relax watching those amazing Florida sunsets and the colourful wildlife which fly into the conservation to take their nightly rest, this truly is an amazing sight and one not to be missed. Watch the early morning hot air balloons which fly daily over the conservation.

The Master bedroom with en-suit simply has to be seen to be believed. Our walk in closet is the size of some double bedrooms. The en-suite has a large cubicle shower,a large bath,WC along with his and hers vanity units and a full wall mirror. Corine tops are fitted throughout. The Master bedroom has a King size Bed and a 40 inch wall mounted flat screen HD TV. French doors lead to our featured private balcony, We also have a second master again with a King size bed which also has access via French doors to our balcony.

Our Villa is located on ‘The Shire' which is within the exclusive gated communities of West Haven and is the most recent development. We are just two minutes from Champions Gate and only 15 minutes from all the magic of Disney World.. The Shire has its own clubhouse which has a Gymnasium, a resort size pool, a relaxation area, Volleyball Table Tennis and two Tennis courts all of which are free for our guests use. There are plenty of shops and restaurants to choose from and all are only a short distance away. If you fancy a night out and dont want to drive, you are only a five minute taxi ride from a Sports bar or Chilli's restaurant. It wont cost you any major $$$ to get a Taxi home.
