Charming Hamptons Getaway in a nice, quiet neighborhood. Ten minutes to

the ocean and five minutes to the bay beaches. Close to town,

restaurants, movie theatre, galleries, yoga studio, public tennis courts

and gym. Five minutes to East Hampton Point Restaurant on the the bay

and five minutes from The Springs General Store, where you can have a

delicious, healthy breakfast and rent kyacks. Back yard offers a shaded

dining terrace that seats eight, BBQ grill, chaise lounges and a hammock

under the trees. Extra seating available if needed. Well equipped

kitchen w/excellent cooking and serving supplies. Bedrooms include new,

high end bedding and linens, drapes and shades for those who want to

sleep in. Four flat screen tv's,dvd,wi-fi. Very comfortable and clean.

Beach chairs and bikes available. Well trained dog welcome, fenced in

yard and doggie door off the kitchen. Two night minimum stay. Weekly and

monthly rates available.

Owner is happy to assist w/ local helpful information and referrals.

Great Vacation Stop in the Hamptons

Stayed here while "house shopping". The house is well located, very clean and comfortable. The kitchen is well-stocked and it worked very well with our house guests. The owner was insightful and gave us helpful leads and great local information. Nice spot to enjoy the Hamptons.

We had a great time. It was really clean, great location, and comfortable beds.
It was a quick 10 minute walk to our favorite restaurant on the bay. Great value...we go every fall and spring and will continue to stay here.

We ended up stying an extra week!

Great house! We celebrated our first anniversary with all 4 of our in laws. They all were happy with their accommodations with all the comforts of home. We appreciated how easy it was to begin our vacation the minute we arrived and actually ended up staying an extra week. We went to the Hampton Classic Horse show that I always wanted to see. We will be back!
