Photos and Description of the Old Town vacation condo rental
1 bedroom 1 full bath, sleeps 4. Great for couple or family with small children

This beautifully remodeled 2nd floor condo is conveniently located directly across from the Park City Mtn. Resort and Three Kings lift. Our unit is fully furnished (including dishwasher) and fireplace making for a romantic getaway or great ski vacation. The complex has a large hot tub for relaxing after a day of skiing and a pool to lounge around during the summer. This is one of the nicest units at Snowcrest!!

It is an easy 35 mile drive from Salt Lake City airport. A car is not really necessary because there are many websites that offer shuttle/ski packages, and the Park City bus system is free and user-friendly. There are stops located across the street and around the corner making it very easy for shopping, going to historic Main Street or getting around town during Sundance Film Festival (within walking distance to the Library, Yarrow Hotel & Holiday Cinema venues). In addition to a central location, we are within a close walk to Jans and Cole Sports, Starbucks, Fresh Market & Rite Aid. Historic Main St. is just a mile up Park Ave.

Summer Vacation: Park City is not just a winter wonderland. It is also a fun place to vacation during the summer. You can go up PC Mtn. and take your mountain bike or enjoy a chairlift ride, go for hikes or biking on the many trails or visit the Utah Olympic Park and experience activities from the famous Alpine Coaster & Alpine Slide to the ZipLiner. If you like golf, the public Park City Municipal Golf Course is within walking distance. If you like to go fishing, nearby Provo River offers some of Utah's best trout fishing and fly-fishing in the Heber Valley between the Wasatch and Utah mountain ranges. We offer excellent rates during the summer for monthly or long-term.

    • Cancellations made 60-45 days prior to arrival forfeit the rental deposit.
    • Cancellations made within 45 days of arrival the full payment is forfeited.
    • There will be no refund for late arrivals or early departures.
    • Sorry - partial or pro-rated refunds are not available in cases of weather, lack of snow, poor skiing conditions, health issues or transportation delays.
    • “Travel Insurance” is highly recommended and available through our property manager at time of reservation.

Highly recommend staying at this condo. The condo is as described in the listing. It has recently been updated and it shows. It seems like a brand new condo. The owners and property managers responded quickly and were very courteous and helpful.

The property was spotless and I immediately felt at home. I was in PC to fly fish so the ski drying area worked great for hanging up my waders and boots.

I have absolutely no complaints and will definitely be back in the near future.

We absolutely loved this condo in Snowcrest. It is very well furnished, stocking with all needed kitchen utensils and aids, great bathroom and spacious bedroom. It is very clean. We loved the cable TV, pool and spacious hot tub!

Its location is wonderful, within walking distance to grocery and convenience stores. We enjoyed the walk up Park Way to old town Park City, lovely neighborhood.

We also enjoyed the close proximity of hiking trails and horseback riding outfitters. The movie theater and resturants are also reasonably close.

We will be renting this condo for yearly stays from now on.

Gary and Lisa were also very great to work with.

Thank you for such an enjoyable honeymoon location.

Two of us stayed very comfortably in this unit. It was a short walk to the 3 king lifts or shuttle ride to town or Deer Valley. The unit had all conveniences to make our 4 day stay great. A 7-11 is a short 2 minute walk for stocking up on the basics and a Whole Foods is about a 10 minute walk to get anything you need.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Romantic Getaway

Across the street from PCMR! A quaint little condo with amazing value. Perfect for 2, but could comfortably sleep 4. Loved the wood burning fire place!

Pros:

Close to PCMR
Clean
Great Value
Spacious
Wood burning fire place
Big hot tub
Friendly and helpful owners

Cons:
Had a few quirks since we were the first renters of the season but the owner was extremely helpful in getting everything taken care of
Wish there were more seasonings/cooking necessities so we didn't have to buy and throw out a bunch of stuff.

Would DEFINITELY stay here again!
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway
Owner's Response: Thank you for the 5 star review! I checked with our property manager regarding seasoning/condiments and they said none of the properties they manage has these items as it's a health & safety issue to leave food items in the condo.

Three of us stayed in this unit for four nights. While the snow was lacking, this condo is ideal. A short walk to the Park City lifts, and right across the street from a bus stop. Very clean and nicely appointed. By far the best value we could find.
Recommended for:  Tourists without a Car, Families with Young Children
