This charming retreat is set in resort community of Sandy Ridge which is just minutes from Disney and Championship Golf. All brand new upscale furniture and quality bedding ensures a restful stay. You will enjoy the King and Queen Master Suite - as each features walk-in shower baths. The other two bedrooms have twin beds. A sofa sleeper is provided in the living room for additional guests. The bathrooms are well stocked with modern amenities. Complete with a fully equipped kitchen, this villa will fulfill all of your culinary desires and requirements. The laundry room contains a full size washer and dryer, iron and ironing board.

Vacationers can use of our free Internet access and free unlimited domestic calls to US and Canada while communicating with their near and dear ones. Garage was converted to a game room with a 4-in-1 game table which includes Pool Table, Air Hockey, Ping-Pong and Football Game. A game cube with many games provided will keep your little one or teenagers occupied. The community also features a children's playground.

Private pool and spa back to conservation woodland which provides ultimate privacy, relaxation and fresh air. The Pool and Spa area feature covered Lanai, Chaise Loungers, picnic tables and child safety fence. We care very much both your enjoyment and safety.

You are only 1 exit from the Disney World Drive To Disney Parks off the I-4. Sea World, Universal and all Orlando has to offer is right up the freeway. You will be to Disney in minutes and back to the rest and seclusion of your villa just as swiftly.

A full service grocery store with bakery and deli is on the route back from Disney. Restaurants in the vicinity include Pizza Place, Chinese cuisine, and a donut shop. Across the street with the community there is a CVS pharmacy that remains open until midnight just in case you need it. Championship golf courses are immediately available and will provide a challenge for those up to Par. This home offers everything you need for a perfect vacation, a truly home away from home experiences.

This is our first time rented a house instead of stayed in hotel. I have to say this is the best decision we made for this trip. The house was very clean and well furnished. The beds are super comfortable. There is TV in every bedroom, and books, board games and game table for children. The owner, Vivian, was very easy to work with and make the experience simple and hassle free. Supermarket and restaurants were just a couple miles away. We visited all the Disney Parks and Universal and found the location to be close enough to all. Although we came in January, the kids still enjoyed the heated pool and adults enjoyed to relax in spa and private, peaceful back yard. The home is built into a conservation area. We would definitely recommend this house to friends and family who looking to spend some quality time in Disney area.

Lovely vacation home

This is our first time renting a vacation home. The owners were so nice and helpful. The house is very clean, well furnished and kid friendly. Our son loved the pool. It's indeed a home away from home. We can't wait to go back next year.

Perfect getaway vacation spot

This was the first time we had rented a home for a month vacaton in Florida. The home was everything we expected and more. There were two couples sharing this home and the two master suites were perfect for us. The home was spacious, clean and well maintained. The pool and Spa were a real treat that we took advantage of day and night. Working with Vivian was a great pleasure. Whe is very quick to respond to any questions or concerns we had. This rental experience was just wonderful for first timers who will definitely be back again.

perfect Vacation Home!!!

This was our first try at a vacation Rental! well im here to tell you we could not be more Happy with Vivian and her Home, from the first contact with Vivian till the last she has been so kind and helpfull, The house itself was great!!! So clean and cozy, the pool was so refreshing after a long day at Disney.
If you ever have doubts about a Rental home just see Vivian!! she made the whole experience so easy for us. The home is just off exit 58, All the Disney resorts are off of exit 64, so everything is close.
The house is also in a quiet neighborhood, no issues what so ever, I would rent this home again in a heartbeat, we didnt want to leave.
Thanks again Vivian for a wondeful Vacation!!!!

Perfect Home!!!!

This was our very first Vacation Rental!! and we could not be more happy with the home and Vivian was a dream t deal with, she really knows how o treat people. The Home itself was perfect in every way, Clean,roomy,cozy, Kids loved the pool. The neighborhood was perfect also, so quiet. The location of the Home was perfect also, just off exit 58, all the Disney parks were off of exit 64, so everthing was close, Gas and Publix just a mile away.
If you have doubts about a rental Vacation home well let me tell you Vivian made us feel so comfortable eve before we got there, and again her home was perfect. We stocked the fridge full of food so breakfast and Dinner at the house saved us Hundreds o dollars. Dont hesitate to rent from Vivian, I would do so in a heartbeat!!!! Thanks again Vivian.
