ROSEMARY BEACH AREA, UNOBSTRUCTED GULF VIEWS!!

I don't often write reviews but we just got back from this house last night and we were not ready to leave. It is a beautifully decorated house, incredibly well stocked, and the locations couldn't be better. On a cul-de-sac street with a neighborhood boardwalk just steps away. Great with the kids that are so anxious to get to the beach that they run ahead. Also incredibly easy to get back to the house to get those things you forgot to take with you. Beautiful pool area with poolside eating area. Great sound system with outdoor speakers for relaxing by the pool. Private master suites helped our group get some alone time when needed. Fantastic decks with incredible views. Can even see the ocean from the first floor kitchen! Kitchen has everything we needed and we cooked every meal the week we were there. Only complaint is that it is not bigger. Worked great from our family of 12 but 4 more may go next year so we will have to find alternative arrangements if they do.

This house is absolutely wonderful! The house, view, and location are just perfect. We went with a group of five couples and two infants. There was plenty of room for everyone with room to spare. It was so nice for every couple to get their own room and bathroom. We loved having a pool at the house. The beach access is only a very short walk away. The kitchen is fully equipped to prepare meals and feed a full house. The kitchen is very open which allows multiple cooks in the kitchen. I feel the rates for this home are very reasonable given the home and location. I would recommend this house to anyone. This will defiantly be a place we want to rent every year!!!

The House is new, very clean, well decorated, and actually even nicer in person than the photos. Everything was exactly as described. The second and third floor balconies overlook the pool (also very clean, very nice) and patio. Because the lots on the south and west side of the house are vacant (natural beach terrain), the pool is completely private, which is unique, and the view to the gulf is clear (just as the photos show).

The beach itself is about a two minute walk where the only road you cross is the gated cul-de-sac of the neighborhood. There is zero traffic or noise. The beach itself is beautiful. Very white, soft sand, bright blue water, and (while we were there) great waves. Because the entire beach in front and to the west of the house serves homes (not hotels or condos) it was never crowded.

The neighborhood the house sits in is small, quiet, and private. Access is restricted by gate, and all the houses in the neighborhood and surrounding areas are very nice. This is important, as we have seen rentals in the past that look nice, but are surrounded by a less than picturesque environment. You are a short walk to the east from the town of Rosemary Beach, which is very quaint, with lots of options for dinning, shopping, strolling, etc. In the other direction, you can drive to Seaside (another pretty town) in about 10-15 minutes).

We have rented several houses in several places over the years, and have always found that identifying the right house is a little like detective work. You try to decode the house descriptions to understand what they are really saying (e.g. "charming kitchen" = 15 yr old appliances) and showing (the photo of the beach "from the front porch" carefully crops out the highway in between), etc. But in this case, there were no surprises, except pleasant ones. The house, neighborhood, beach, and pool are all wonderful. I would love to say the owner and property manager were very helpful during our stay, but the truth is we don't know, because there is nothing you need from them (the owner was terrific before and after the trip, helping us with our plans, and mailing us a forgotten item). Our kids especially enjoyed being able to go from beach to pool to beach all day long, and then crashing in the den to play the wii and relax. We stayed 7 days and loved every minute of it. This is exactly where we will come again ne
