1 Bedroom is located 1 block from the beach.

General Information:

1. Has Internet in this condo. Other units claim to have internet but it is Community internet provided from condos HOA at the pool and clubhouse.

2. All furniture bought in 2012.

3. Has a pull out couch with a queen bed in the living room.

4. King bed in the bedroom.

5. Two flat screens and a DVD player. A 42 inch in the living room and a 32 inch in the bedroom.

6. Washer and Dryer in the unit.

7. Community Hot tub, fitness center, gazebo with outdoor furniture, 2 grills by the pool, coined laundry facility, club house, boat parking, and pond.

8. Lastly, one block from the beach with a lit sidewalk for those late night walks to the Gulf!

Quiet beautiful Condo close to the beach

This condo was beautiful and just as the photos depicted. The community is family friendly, quiet, and close to the beach. The owner is very helpful and answers your emails and phone calls promptly. My family of 2 adults 2 kids loved it here. The unit is on the first floor and is close to everything. The beds were very comfortable and the unit had all the comforts of home. We will rcommend this condo to our friends and look forward to staying there again soon. Thanks Janie for helping us have a wonderful vacation!

Perfect location for beach vacation!

This condo is perfect for a small, young family. The location is perfect too - walking distance to the beach and only a short drive to businesses and shops. The complex has a great pool also that is just across the parking lot from the condo. The owner is super easy to work with and has provided more than enough amenities. My family had a wonderful weeklong vacation and we would definitely recommend this condo to friends.

Best Honeymoon Ever

Thank you for the best Honeymoon Ever. The place was very clean and far exceeded our expectation. We were able to enjoy a nice picnic on the beach since it was extremely close and later that night we sat and enjoyed a romantic evening in the jacuzzi. Since we had our laptop with us we relaxed on the couch and were able to look at all our wedding photos on the TV by connecting our HDMI cable. Thanks for being part of the best thing that has ever happened to us.

I strive my best to keep this place in the best condition possible. You got to love those new TVs, especially the ones with the USBs for computers. I carry my HDMI cable everytime I go on vacation specifically for the internet tv, photos, itunes movies and netflix. I am glad that you enjoyed that feature with the two new TVs. Great 3 day weekend!

Condo is clean and in excellent condition. The area is perfect and the grounds immaculate. Very safe and you can swim or enjoy the hot tub (quietly) 24 hours a day. I highly recommend this rental and will stay there again!
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway
