Located at 5506 Gulf Blvd. Looking to get away and escape from it all? This is the perfect vacation home for you, right on the beach! Enjoy making any meal in a state of the art kitchen. Plenty of room for everyone around the table and kitchen breakfast bar area. Sit back and relax on the couch in the living room or outside on the patio as you take in the view of the beach. 1/2 bath just off the kitchen. Have a family BBQ by your own private heated pool or stroll down the to the beach via your own private beach access. For some fun in the sun, this home offers a surf board, boogie and skim boards,umbrellas and a canopy for use at the beach.

Looking for a quiet setting, head upstairs to the master bedroom suited with a king size bed and a private balcony overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. On the opposite end of the hall, you will find another bedroom with a queen size bed with a view of Gulf Blvd and the Bay waters with it's own bathroom

Located in the center of the hall are 2 bedrooms, both with queen size beds one also has a set of twin bunk beds, these two rooms share a bathroom. Living room has a sofa sleeper

This allows 12 to sleep in beds or convertible beds.

The Perfect Getaway

My husband and I were looking for a local Texas getaway for our 13th wedding anniversary and decided on SPI. We rented this property for a week and had such a wonderful, relaxing time. It was everything you could ask for and more.

The home is beautiful and the work the wonderful owners Beth and Jim have put into it shows. The pictures don't do it justice. On our last day of our stay, we saw dolphins swimming up the coast from the master suite while enjoying our morning coffee.

This centrally located home is perfect for a romantic getaway, family vacation, couples trip, or a guys/girls weekend. We look forward to renting this property again in the future with our friends and family so they can enjoy it as much as we did.

We loved our stay, it was great for a large family, especially enjoyed the closeness of the beach & the pool was great, the owner sent the pool man to service the pool immediately when she was told that it needed service.

Perfect spot!

This home was absolutely perfect for my family's 5 day stay in Padre. Centrally located. Extremely well-kept and comfortable. The pool was ideal for my young daughter. The house couldn't have easier access to the beach. This is so much better than staying in a condo and having to take an elevator. I can't wait to return!

Fantastic place!! We brought the family and there was plenty of space for everyone. The ocean views from the upstairs balcony were beautiful. The house looks just like the pictures show it and you will not be disappointed. We spent our days at the beach and our nights around the pool. Great property and great owner

Three guys arrived for a week of kitesurfing. The house could have easily fit 4 couples comfortably and more if somebody wanted to sleep on the couch. The view from the master is awesome - beach and waves. It was great to kitesurf from our house instead of driving down to the flats. The big garage was great for storing our gear. Hoses at the front and at the beach access are convenient for washing feet and gear of sand.
Beth was easy to deal with. We had no cutting boards and one of the toilets was making some noise. I emailed Beth and they were both fixed in a couple hours.

i highly recomend it and I would stay there again.
