A gourmet chef's kitchen offers SubZero and Thermador appliances, alder cabinets, granite countertops, wine refrigerator, ice maker, and Brazilian cherry hardwood floors. There is a separate formal dining room with seating for 8 persons. Feel in the comfort of your own home with two 50-inch plasma TVs, DVD player and comfortable furnishings.
* RESERVATION NOTES:
During the summer months (June - August) we book our home only for weekly Friday to Friday periods. We will make an exception if the reservation is made less than 30 days out. Our weekly rate is $4,000 and our daily rate is $800. We thank you for adhering to our no-pet policy. We require a $250 Reservation Fee (non-refundable) to hold your selected dates. All payments are processed via PayPal.
** A FEW THINGS TO CONSIDER:
Our home is within of an HOA, Oak Shores Community Association. Though our home can accommodate 11 people, the HOA allows a maximum of 8-adults and defines an adult as anyone 13 years or older. The HOA allows one boat OR two jet-skis.
Enjoy the panoramic views of Lake Nacimiento during the day and the sun setting over the lake at night. The most special feature of this home is the private dock. Sun, swim, or tie up your boat.
Floorplan : Two-story home with dual masters. The first level consists of kitchen, dining, family, half bath, and a master bedroom. The master bedroom has a king size bed featuring an en suite with separate shower and soaking tub. Main deck is also on level one. Family room has 50-inch plasma TV and gas fireplace. Amazing panaramic views from every window of first level.
The second level consists of another master bedroom with en suite and two other bedrooms. The master has a king bed, one guest bedroom has a king bed and the other a has a queen bed. Guest bath has shower/tub combo. Second level also has a family/game room with gas fireplace, 50-inch plasma TV, bar with refigerator, a covered deck and a large hot tub. Also amazing lake views from second level family room.
There is a third level to the home, which is another bedroom accessible from outside the house. The bedroom is furnished with bunkbeds, dresser and a separate half bath.
Activities: Lake Nacimiento is known for its warm weather and boating. Whether it is water skiiing, wakeboarding, jet skiiing, fishing or just relaxing around the shores this lake is ideal. Great small beaches to set anchor and enjoy a picnic. There is also a recreation center with pool and childrens pool. It is very normal to see deer or quail grazing around.
A short 15-mile drive will lead your through wine country of Paso Robles. Great stops for wineries along the route including Justin Vineyard, Adelaida Cellars, Robert Hall, Eberle Winery, Eagle Castle, Opolo and so so much more. Paso Robles has amazing restaurants, a movie theater, and a water park.
If golf is your thing, there are some of the best courses to check out. Hunter Ranch Golf Course has a phenomenal range and restaurant on site. The Links is also a great choice.

Location : This home is located in a private gated community with security. Oak Shores Community is located on the lake of Lake Nacimiento in Bradley, CA. It is about 15 miles from downtown Paso Robles, CA and about one hour from San Luis Obispo, CA.
