Included with this rental, at no additional charge, is a beach box equipped with 6 beach chairs, a beach umbrella and beach blankets, use of 9 bikes (6 adult and 3 children's), a propane grill, a charcoal grill and a wagon. For your convenience, linens (towels and sheets) can be provided as follows, cost $225.00 - 22 bath towels, 12 wash cloths, 8 hand towels, 6 dish towels, 10 beach towels, 1 king sheet set, 2 queen sheet sets (includes 1st floor sofa bed), 2 full sheet sets (includes 3rd floor sofa bed) and 3 twin sheets sets. Comparable cost by a local rental company is $300.00 plus delivery fee. Rental company also charges a fee for beach chairs and bike rentals which we provide at no additional charge.
Our home is designed primarily for our guests but we will consider small, non-shedding dogs. The permitted dog must be pre-approved and must be owned by the person signing the lease. If approved, the dog must be crated when left alone. Pictures of the approved dog and a signed pet addendum are required. NO visiting dogs or other family member dogs are permitted. Due to sod sensitivity, the yard should not be used for potty breaks. All dogs should be walked for potty breaks and the yard should not be used for this purpose.
