Peace and quiet awaits in this modern house on the village fringe, featuring a first floor master with walk in closet, wonderfull spa-style master bath (www.youtube.com/watch?v=wyrqog70QsU), flatscreen TV and direct access to the pool and outdoor shower.

The kitchen, the half bath and master bathroom have been completely re-designed in 2012.

The double height, 600 sqft great room is equipped with european designer furniture and a huge 60'' flatscreen TV, mounted on the oversized fireplace (free unlimited Netflix, wireless ipod hookup via airplay).

On the 1000 sqft deck you find the largest weber grill, padded cedar sun loungers, dining chairs and table, as well as a sleek and comfy wicker lounge area.

The south facing deck and pool, with new, built-in steps, overlook a 6 acre nature reserve, affording unrivaled privacy, peace and quiet.

Just a 2 minutes stroll down the quaint and quiet street of this exclusive neighborhood you have free access to two immaculate tennis courts.

The neighborhood is predominately residential, with owners coming out on the weekends, tennis courts and luxurious houses on spacious lots.

It is the ideal place to unwind and chill on the oversized deck and enjoy a barbeque with friends.

We have recently updated various areas of the house, e.g. new interior doors, new a/c, new pool heater, pool liner, a luxurious kitchen and above all a new master bathroom... immers yourself in the digital shower experience with a total of 6 showerheads coming at you from all directions (if you so wish)... This is not just a vacation rental, but a spa experience...

What makes this house unique

Particularly interesting for longer term renters is the fact that we have installed very energy efficient colling and pool heating systems recently.

The central a/c is a 16 SEER system and the gas pool heater was replaced by a modern heat pump. We also provide you with a state of the art pool robot, reducing your running costs considerably.

Perfect weekend getaway

This is a beautiful house in a lovely neighborhood. It is in a secluded area but still just minutes away from East Hampton village. The decor is stylish, furniture is comfortable, and kitchen is spacious. The fireplace was great to have for a December weekend. We were pleased to be able to bring our dog, too. The owners have made the house accommodating for renters and are easy to work with. The only small con is in regards to the shower in the master bath - it took a minute to figure out how to get the water to just come out from the top instead of shooting at you from every direction (which floods the floor a bit and uses up all the hot water very quickly!) Overall we were very pleased with our experience.

I'll make sure to program the shower to start with the overhead shower-head only and let you add the other jets, if so desired.

The house is located extremely close to EH Village!! (you can run/jog/walk if you want) The neighborhood is very calm and relaxing. Lots of nice places to go for a run right from the house. The house has everything you need -- a very large sofa in the living room with a huge tv and all of the electronics you need. We were visiting over the holidays, and were able to take advantage of the fireplace. Nice that all of the appliances are new, and the furnishings in the house are clean, minimal and stylish. Alex is very easy to communicate with, and I am sure you would enjoy your stay! He was even nice enough to accomodate our pets!

Can't wait to visit again during the summer, so we can use the pool!

I spent an absolutely wonderful week at this house. It is terrific! The house is very well located - in a lovely, quiet area but extremely convenient to town and beaches. The house is open, airy and beautifully decorated. The open living room means that indoor times are as pleasant as outdoor times on the beautiful deck and pool area. The tennis courts are a short walk away and are in great shape.

The house is well-appointed and the contents are all new, from appliances to furniture (inside and out) to the TV and electronics. Everything was clean and in good working order. The owners have thought of everything and are an absolute pleasure to deal with. You cannot go wrong with this house. I was very sorry to leave it after my week there but intend to go back next summer!
