A manor house from the 1900s with all comforts on a 1500 sq.m fenced land.

Completely renovated, the house has kept its former charm with 4 fireplaces and original hardwood floors, but it has also embraced the modern comforts of a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom and a shower room.

This family home is just as enjoyable during the summer with deck chairs, garden furniture and barbecue as it is being fireside during the winter. A delicious 'truffade' (dish of potatoes and cheese) or stuffed cabbage will make your taste buds sing after a walk through the forest or mountain has made you hungry.

The house is by the Dordogne gorges and its many bodies of water, and is between the Auvergne Natural Volcano Park and Millevaches. The house is a wonderful manor from the 1900s located in a quiet hamlet 3 km from a market town with all the conveniences. There are farms 100 metres away where you can tour and show your children how to milk a cow and how to make the Tome cheese used for 'truffade' or 'aligot'. You can also tour the many Roman churches, the Salers town, the Cantal and Sancy mountains, the Dordogne dams, the castles, and more.
