Sunshine all day, beautiful sunsets in the evening and bonfires at night await you on Walloon Lake! This casual and charming cottage sits less than 50 feet from the shoreline of Walloon Lake!

Enjoy 120' feet of private waterfront footage that's extremely kid friendly with sandy beach and shallow, calm waters. Large dock and swim platform to accommodate all water sports.

Lakefront cottage has 3 bedrooms/1 bathroom that include two double beds and a pair of bunk beds. Guest cottage sits just 60-80' on the back of lot, with 1 bedroom and loft/1 bathroom that has 1 double bed / 2 twin beds, kitchen and living room.

Large off-street parking that can accommodate multiple vehicles and boat trailers. Boat launch is nearby. Shopping, golf and excellent dining very close with Bay Harbor and downtown Petoskey only 10 minutes away. Downtown Charlevoix and Harbor Springs only 20-30 minutes away.

Our stay here was a wonderful step back in time. Very relaxing. Clean and well-maintained. The owner is great and easy to reach. We stayed for a beautiful and romantic week in October. Easy trip for families as well. Go to Jespersens, best pie anywhere! Dine at Chandlers, delicious food and attentive personal service. Shop in Charlevoix, great prices. We would recommend this vacation spot to anyone!
