Photos and Description of the Kendall vacation house rental
4 bedroom and 2 baths. Sleeps 8 persons max.

Great,quiet and residential area.Fantastic large lot over half and acre and very private pool surrounded by palms.

The house is 2500 square feet, that is about 250 square meters...very large and comfortable ,has a large living room plus a florida room /sunroom.

Children have to be 12 or older.

The house has 4 spacious bedrooms...split plan..and two baths one with a bathtub and other with a shower.

Two masters, one with a king bed...other with a queen bed ,plus a third room with twin beds and the fourth room has also 2 single beds.The large living room has a decorative fireplace.

Nice size kitchen with large refrigerator,diswasher and breakfast area...is fully stock with pots,dishes, etc

Large laundry room with washer and dryer

All beds have linens and we also have towels and toiletries

We do not rent the place for parties,reunions or similar.

We are non smoking inside the house.We do have ashtrays in the outdoor area.

We do not rent to students,only to working adults min 25 y.o.

About Mary Fernand

This was my parents house...has been remodeled...from new roof to new wiring and new central air conditioned unit...and is all tile no carpets in the house.

We love the option of having a great place for when our own family visits and because of that we take very good care of the place...for us is like an extension of our own house...!!

You will not deal with an agent if you have a problem ....we will be available during your stay not just in case of a problem but for any questions about the area or other that we can help you with ...as we do with our own family.

We will meet you on arrival and give you lots of information about places to eat,attractions and will have maps and brochures ready for you.

Why Mary Fernand chose Kendall

This is a great and very safe area and we do not have bad areas around us,what is a problem in some Miami neighborhoods.

The property is fully fenced and gated and you park inside the property, not on the street, and you can lock the gate for extra privacy.

We have running trails at the door and this is a very private and quiet area,very nice homes with large gardens....what is not usual in the city.

You will be the only group at the property and to the pool use.We just had a guest that on their last vacation believed that were renting a single home and on arrival they had another 2 rented units on the back that shared patio and pool...not here...!!...here it will be only your family or group.

Great place with Superb attention from owner

My family of 3 children, wife and myself stayed in this house located in Kendall, Miami for 10 days. We are currently living abroad and originally are from Miami and needed a place to stay close to my family and found this hidden gem in the heart of Kendall. The moment you walk in you know you are not dealing with a corporation but rather a house of a direct owner. There are all the comforts of a personal home available with great heated pool (winter time in Miami is needed) and huge backyard for the kids to run wild.
The house is very large with ample storage and all the accessories you may need to make your stay comfortable with kitchen full of accessories needed to cook and laundty room. There is a great social gathering place in the patio outside.
The only problem we had was with the wifi which was due to the internet provider and the owner kindly provided a small discount for this discomfort.
Highly recommend this place and looking foward to returning.

This is a great place to stay, very quiet and centrally located in southeast kendall. Close to turnpike and shopping areas. My wife and two girls absolutely loved the house, the pool ad the large front yard. Sadly we couldnt stay longer because it was already commited to another party but we will definately stay here on lur ext miami visit. Marybwascan excellant host and her folders and research are a plus to whats close by to visit and. Excellants house to stay in

Amazing Vacation Home

This home is everything you are looking for in a vacation home. It is clean and well kept. Private, quiet neighborhood with a beautiful large yard and pool area. Patio's outside are comfortable and relaxing. We have rented from Mary twice and she is most helpful with anyrhing we need. The price is a bargain for the area and the home. It was just my husband and I and we did not need all this space but, after looking at other rentals that were as much, or more for 1/2 the space, we decided Mary's Property was well worth it. She is a delight to work with. We are renting this property again in May! Thank you Mary for sharing your home. We look forward to our visit in May.

A wonderful vacation home just outside the city!

Our family had a lovely stay in Kendall at Mary's home. Mary was there to personally welcome us upon arrival, and we greatly appreciated her hospitality as she showed us around the house. She also has multiple folders full of things to do and see around the area, which was a great help for us as we planned our daily activities.

Mary's home was beautifully decorated and furnished, and the property was clean and well-maintained. She has thought of everything you might need, from toiletries to first-aid, kitchen tools to extra linens. The home was just as described in the listing, and our family had lots of room to relax without running into one another.

We particularly enjoyed the heated outdoor pool. It was so nice to be swimming in our own private pool during the day, and we enjoyed swimming by moonlight as well! The outdoor area is well-maintained with beautiful seasonal blooms and palms.

As a homeowner, Mary was very attentive and quick to respond to our requests. During our time in Kendall, we requested that the pool temperature be raised as the average temperature was cooler than seasonally normal. She adjusted the heat the next day to a balmy temperature so we were able to enjoy the pool for the duration of our stay. The elbow of a pipe outside had come loose as well leading to a leak (it did not affect the water within the house); when we told Mary, she sent a plumber within hours to have the leak mended while we were out. Mary returned the deposit to my account the same day we left, after she had completed a quick home inspection. Her e-mails are always friendly and sweet!

One great advantage of Mary's property is that it is closely situated to anything you might need from the pharmacy to the grocery store. It is also very convenient because it's close to all the attractions but not located directly in the city so you don't have to deal with inner-city traffic.

We will be recommending Mary's property to our friends and relatives, and hope to return soon!

This great house is very spacious, safe and private. Still very well located and not far from Miami downtown, Miami Beach (half hour), Key Largo (1 hr) or Everglades main entrance (1 hr). Supermarket, shops and nearest restaurants are on a few minutes driving distance only. We stayed 6 days and 2 of those with 2 families, including 4 boys. We all loved the large private pool. Inside the house the climate was well controlled and comfortable.
Mary welcomed us personally and she gave us a lot of useful information for our stay in Miami. She really takes very good care of the house and made all efforts to ensure we felt welcome and enjoyed a good stay.
