Tiled living room with a new kitchen and breakfast bar opening on to an outside patio for intimate dining facing a colorful tropical garden. Large side patio for games.

5 minutes walk to extensive sandy beaches and the Atlantic Ocean with exclusive access key. The beach is protected by the Florida Reef, third largest in the world, after the Great Barrier Reef and the Belize Reef. The Florida Reef begins at the Hillsboro Inlet and extends south to Key West. Pompano Beach is the Eastern tip of Bermuda Triangle.

This house sleeps 8 in three bedrooms. (with one king size bed and three queen size beds. Crib available and a roll away bed on request. All bedrooms have TV. Awesome Holidays!

Yesterday afternoon we left the house and we are already missing, honestly the pictures do not do justice, the rooms are spacious, comfortable, the kitchen has everything you need for a large family to cook whatever I want.
The air conditioning works great, the beds are really comfortable and do not miss the beds were in Buenos Aires.
Amy was always very friendly and helpful, both via email, by phone or in person. The detail of the basket with a bottle of wine, a coffee and a pack of M & M give you a warm welcome.
Dave showed up the next day we arrived at the house and was at our disposal from the start. The gardener was very respectful and almost showed you did not realize he was doing his job.
The Pool and Hot Tub were clean at all times, the nearest beach is also very quiet and safe.
The neighborhood is very quiet, and the neighbors friendly and respectful, not usually hear noises at night.
I definitely recommend renting the house, we are already thinking of our next vacation in Pompano Beach, and clearly we want this to be our home again for a few days.

Pluses: Very well stocked kitchen, two very good ice makers, comfortable bed in master, pool nice and warm & clean, comfortable living area, good internet access, GREAT location for us, friendly and helpful managers who were available if needed, and lots of outdoor space and pretty landscaping.

Minuses: The house really needs a professional cleaning job. We dusted and swept as best we could, but there was a lot of dirt in the tracks of the doors, a lot of stuff around the hot tub that should have been cleaned up,a beer can in the bushes off the porch, really dirty windows. We would suggest the owner spring for a whole house scrub once or twice a month by a pro crew to help out the regular cleaning person. It's a lot of house to clean on a short turnover day.

Yes we would go back and recommend with the caveat that it wasn't clean when we stayed there.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Families with Teenagers, People with Disabilities, Romantic Getaway

Great House

My family came to visit us in Atlanta for Christmas and New Year and we decided they needed some Florida sunshine so we came to Ft. Lauderdale for a week and this property did not let us down.
The house is great if you have two families or need some privacy occasionally. We have a baby so we took the master which has a king bed and we put the crib in there (which incidentally, is a real crib and not a pack and play!). It has a master bathroom with a huge walk in shower. My sister has a 5 year old so they took the other bedrooms which are adjoining and have 3 queen beds in them in total (I think they're all queens). There is a lovely bathroom attached to those rooms but you do have to walk through the bedrooms to get to it (i.e. it is not between the bedrooms). There is ample space for sitting, hanging out, playing games, watching TV etc. and loads of seating outside all in good shape and cared for. The pool is lovely, we did have an issue with the temperature but it was taken care of IMMEDIATELY (I'm talking within minutes of our call). Amy was great, answered the phone each time I called and David, the maintenance guy was so friendly and helpful. We would definitely rent again. The kitchen looks brand new and is chock full of equipment. My husband is a chef and was happy cooking away in there! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this property to friends and family!

We are very happy that these guests enjoyed staying at our house. Particularly that they enjoyed the new kitchen that we have installed. We have found that sometimes a vacation is when people relax by making good food for everybody to enjoy. So we try to provide more than the basics - and we are glad to hear they were used to good effect. Hope these guests join our growing list of people who come back to enjoy our properties (and our BOLO deep sea charter boats).

This house is a wonderful place to vacation. Everything you need is right at your fingertips, including a FULLY stocked kitchen, a beautiful pool, lots of outdoor seating, a hot tub, and plenty of space indoors! We barely even left! The property was maintained impeccably, the owners were very friendly, and they even brought us a game! My only minor complaint is that we were unaware that the 2 additional bedrooms were adjoining; with the bathroom that they share being through the one bedroom. However, we will return and even plan on making it a yearly vacation!!
Owner's Response: Great guests to have. We would love to see them at our property again. We have noted the point about the bedrooms. We will try to explain the layout better.
