Wonderful rental!

We stayed at this rental for 3 weeks Jan 2011. We had an amazing time, one of our most enjoyable trips to Tahoe. I needed a peaceful place to work on a manuscript and my hubby joined me, he was also working on a business project. We were able to get a lot of work done, the rental is very peaceful and we had room to spread out. There is also WIFI and our mobile phones worked perfectly. So if you need a rental that is conducive to working, consider this place. On top of the peaceful setting, we were able to take a soak in the private hot tub and watch the sun set from the ridge top balcony. What an excellent way to end the day! And we were close enough to town that we could head to town and have a dinner out and watch a movie. The house is very cozy and comfortable, it's very well set up for a family or a couple. There is a washer/dryer in the rental and the kitchen has everything you need to cook a great meal. The living room is very comfortable, we spent many evenings in front of the fire watching a movie and relaxing. We had no complaints about the place, and the guy who manages the rental, Tom, was absolutely wonderful. Even collected several parcels for us at his office. We will def stay at this place again and have told all of our family and friends about the place. Also, if you do ski/snowboard, there is a neighborhood lift 2 minutes drive from the house, Boulder Lodge at Heavenly. We were able to get out and ski a few days and it was so much easier than having to deal with the Gondola down in town, no crowds and you can park, easily walk right to the lift, and get on the chair, nothing easier than that!
