Further Details: This Mid-Century home is nearly 2400 sq feet, features an open floor plan and has a gorgeous front lawn as well as a 1,000+ sq foot patio/pool area with a gas grill, lounge chairs, and sun umbrella, perfect for outdoor entertaining.It features a stunning pool with a soothing waterfall over stacked stone and a shallow 'Baja Ledge'' for sunning.
The living room is highlighted by a stacked stone gas fireplace and with a turn of a knob, the entire glass wall opens to the pool.
Adjacent to this room is the tiled Lanai that flows right through another glass wall and spills out and around the pool...this wall can also be opened up in which the entire living space becomes a part of the outdoors.
The spacious dining room overlooks the lanai area with fabulous walnut floors throughout. This house is the quintessential entertaining home, yet is private and quiet. All of the glass walls have sumptuous floor to ceiling linen drapes to give you 100% privacy.
The gourmet kitchen has Viking Professional Series appliances including a 6-burner gas stove, wall microwave oven and a Miele Coffee Station. The master bedroom has walnut floors, an en suite bathroom with a separate shower and spacious tub. King size bed and flat screen TV, DVR, walk-in closet, and luxurious linens. It shares a private back deck with the third bedroom.
A second bedroom is spacious with Queen Size bed, flat TV, and wall to wall carpeting. This bedroom has it's own 3/4 bath.
A third en suite bedroom has a Queen size bed and is light and playful with it's own Hotel style tiled bathroom, flat screen tv, and opens out to a private back deck shared with the Master Bedroom.

Great house stocked with modern comforts was perfect for a reunion with a few friends. Easy walking distance to great shops and restaurants of Los Feliz. Highly recommended!
What can I say that's not already been written in the other reviews? This house is as pictured but even better. The location is fantastic. We got to see a side of LA we hadn't seen before. Todd and Logan were easy to work with and very accommodating. We've stayed in dozens of HomeAway homes and this one is a true standout. We cant wait to go back.

This place is very warm and easy to call your home.The place was very spacious and fit 7 people comfortably. The area is exactly what we wanted. Quiet, but close to stores and cafes. All rooms werw clean and as shown in pics. Todd and his assistant were very easy and welcoming! Did everything to make sure we were very comfortable.Very happy we stayed there! Made our trip!
This house is contemporary,comfortable and easy to live in. It is a great location, we could walk up to the wilderness of Grffith Park and down to Los Feliz grocery store, resturants and coffe shops. It is also only 25 minutes on 3rd street to get to The Grove etc. we loved the fact that we could walk to the Greek theatre and had two great nights there.
The house was great for our family perfectly with 3 couples and one toddler. We enjoyed late afternoons around the pool. Todd was very helpful from the time we booked, meeting us on arrival, and staying in contact, it was good to have the opportunity to have Grace come to clean after our first week. We highly recommend this property, and would choose it again for our visits to LA. Thank you Todd
This home is a great find, stylish, contemporary and comfortable. The kitchen had high end appliances and was well equipped with quality items. Our family loved the fact that you could open the sliding doors and enjoy the indoor and outdoors at the same time, benefiting from the great California climate. A great location for enjoying the attractions and we loved the vigorous walk up to the Griffin Observatory and enjoyed seeing the terrific views both day and night of LA and looking through the telescopes at the planets. It suited our family perfectly which included a 15 year old teenager and an 86 year old Grandma. Plenty of space for all of us to come home to and relax and grill out after a busy day sight seeing. Todd was very welcoming and helpful and we appreciated all his advise along with his quick help on sending out someone to help us with the DVD player. We highly recommend this rental home and very much appreciate Todd's immediate return of our security deposit. We would not hesitate on going back to his house again. We had a fantastic time and experience, thanks Todd!
