Enjoy a breathtaking twelfth floor gulf front ocean view from a spacious balcony accessible through both the living room and Master Suite at one of Destin's most exclusive resorts, Silver Shells. It is in the center building, St Croix Unit 1203 directly facing the beach and ocean with the pool directly underneath. This property offers one of the most private, spacious sections of the beach in Destin, FL. The coastal décor in this unit offers a great sense of being at the beach.

The open floor plan is great for family to enjoy quality time together on vacation. The living room is cozy with the perfect ocean view and equipped with a 42" HD flat screen TV, Blu-Ray player and CD stereo system.

From the Master Bedroom you will wake to beautiful views of the Gulf. The Master bath has a large walk in shower, with seat and a Jacuzzi tub. Master suite has a large walk in closet and dresser for clothes storage.

The guest bedroom features a queen size bed and has its own private balcony shared with bedroom 3. This balcony has a view of the Choctawhatchee Bay on the north side of the building. The third bedroom offers two cozy twin beds perfect for kids or extra company with balcony availability as well. There is no pull out sofa.

The Kitchen is located in the center of the condo, perfect to entertain while preparing meals. It is equipped with all of the amenities one will need for cooking. The dining table sits 4 as well as 3 extra barstools for additional seating.

There is a TV/DVD combo in all 3 bedrooms.

Location was fantastic! Condo does need some updating in the bathrooms. One of the bathrooms handle was broken to flush and was fixed the day before we left. We were told we would get one covered parking spot but it was occupied by owner. Since very limited parking exist we had to park at the front of the property instead of our unit rented.

We enjoyed the location of the condo. The pool and beach area were very nice. The parking garage was convenient and we really never waited for and elevator. However the condo its self was not clean. My family is very big on cleanliness. The bathrooms need deep cleaned and small renovations . The potential for this to be an exquisite place are high. It just needs some preventative maintenance.

Great place, great location in Destin

A total of 8 of us stayed, 5 adults and 3 kids aged 4-7. Checking in upon arrival isn't too much of an issue as long as you follow the instructions provided by the owner. The condo was very spacious, the property (Silver Shells) was fantastic, especially the pool area and the easy access to the beach. Lots of towels and blankets available at the condo and plenty of silverware, cooking utensils and beverage containers. Would recommend to the owner to upgrade the living room tv to a smart TV w/ streaming services built in, the only very, very minor complaint would be the TV/Dish network setup as it took quite a while to get each individual TV working. We would definitely return to this property.
