Sunset villa is a truly gorgeous family four bedroom, two bathroom air-conditioned home in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood of Westridge/ Davenport.

Recently in January 2011 the villa was fully renovated to extremely high standard with top of the line furniture and stainless steal appliances. It has a wonderful open plan layout with huge eat-in kitchen, high ceilings, living room overlooking the pool and formal dinning room, a master suite, queen bedroom, twin bedroom and office - which can be easily convert to the 4th bedroom.

All bedrooms are superbly furnished with many individual touches to create the feeling of a home away from home. The house was specifically design for extended family vacationing together with children, grandparents or friends.

This executive villa offers privacy, comfort and freedom that can not be found in a hotel room and provides everything you could possibly wish for to make your unforgettable Florida Vacation.

The villa location allows you to travel in short distance ( 15 min) to Disney World, Animal Kingdom, Epcot Center, MGM Studios, Blizzard Beach , Typhoon Lagoon, Pleasure Island. In about 20 min you could be in Seaworld or Universal Studio. Only 5 min away there are supermarkets like Publix or Walmart and number of restaurants. There are number of Golf Courses situated just minutes away. The owners (Grace & Tom) have created an outstanding vacation property. During our four week stay we were joined by four members of family who evaluated the accommodation as first class - allowing them their privacy without impacting upon ours. The property descriptions and the photographs truly reflect the essence of comfort and functionality. How pleased are we? We have booked already for next year.

Our stay at Grace's home was perfect. My mother is a clean freak and she couldn't stop commenting on how clean the house was! Grace goes above and beyond to ensuring your stay is wonderful - her detailed instructions, her welcome bottle of wine, all the workings of a great kitchen and the pool heated to the perfect temperature upon arrival! What a pleasure it was dealing with Grace and what a great house - would recommend to anyone!

WOW!

What a pleasure it was to spend our holiday at Sunset Villa. Our expectations were exceeded. Such a warm, comfortable and classy home - beautiful decor and furnishings - everything we needed and more!! Enjoyed the pool and beautifully landscaped yard. It was like having our own private park. Location of home couldn't be better. Only a short drive to shopping, restaurants and amusement parks (but who would want to leave Sunset Villa for too long?). We loved every minute of our time at the villa and look forward to another visit real soon. Grace is wonderful to deal with and goes above and beyond. Highly recommended . . . if only there were more than five stars to rate our experience. Thank you Grace and Tom for making our time at your Florida home a wonderful one!

What a Villa !

Hi there

We spent 16 days in this villa and could easily have spent 16 more. It is a fantastic home and a credit to Grace and Tom. It has everything you could imagine and surpassed all our expectations. Our biggest challenge was getting our three young daughters out of the villa to go to the parks. They could have easily spent the holiday in the pool and playroom. When I ask them now what was their highlight in Florida..they always say the Villa.


The villa is very clean and is just 15 minutes from the parks and five minutes from the supermarkets and restaurants. Every morning we skyped the grandparents at home and at night we spent the evening playing pool and table tennis. It was fanatastic.

We spent a lot of time searching for a villa and this one was by the far the best. Dont waste your time looking anywhere else.

PS When we showed this villa to our family and friends who have spent time in Flordia they couldn't get over the cost..it was great value.

Picture Perfect

Our family stayed here for a week and needless to say, this will become our favorite spot to come when we visit Florida in the future. The pictures shown on this listing, does not do this location justice! Everything was first rate. The bed in the master suite has sent my wife and I on a viscious hunt for a new mattress! The surrounding area was filled with plenty of things to keep you occupied even if you are not planning on going to Disney. A little hint, one of the nicest beaches I have ever seen was only an hour drive (Clearwater Beach, FL). Of course nothing was better than coming back to the house and enjoying some RnR in the pool and spending time teaching my family how to shoot pool in the game room, haha! As far as the owner, Grace, well she made it even more enjoyable. I would reccomend anyone to stay here as long as you don't interfere with our dates to return...lol!
