Located in a 24 hour manned gated community just ten minutes from Disney World you can feel 100% safe in an ideal location for a Disney Florida Holiday. 6 Bedroom with 1 king 1 queen 2 Double and 2 Twin beds. Each bedroom has its own TV and DVD player. Main living area has plenty of seating and CD/radio player DVD etc next to patio doors leading to heated Jacuzzi and pool/terraced area. There is a club house located within the gated community featuring the following:- Resort size heated swimming pool, Hot Tub/Spa -Deck area with loungers, chairs and umbrellas, Pool side bar, Half court basketball, Beach Volleyball Court, Children's play area, Stocked fishing lake, Lakeside beach area, Free internet connection for your laptop, Video Arcade and games room, Lounge area, Fitness Room, Concierge service and help desk, ATM.   • If the Villa is available 4 weeks or less prior to your arrival a last minute booking discount can be arranged. Please remind me of this when booking.
    For a stay longer than 2 weeks a generous discount can also be arranged, please inquire for details.
  • 25% deposit required to confirm the booking with the remaining amount due 4 weeks prior to arrival. An admin charge of £200 will be charged for any cancellation 8 weeks or more prior to the arrival date and non-refundable any time after that. We can move bookings if an alternate date is available.
