Unique Property!: Great freestanding home with large private patio perfect for barbecuing!

In addition to the private single garage there is an additional parking space.

Located in a quieter area of Mission Beach about halfway between the jetty and the pier, far enough from the public area but close enough to walk all the great restaurants, stores and Belmont Park.

Enjoy the surf, sand and sun! Just steps to the beach! We provide beach chairs, boogie boards and even a few wet suits. Bike rentals are located within walking distance.

Staying at this beach rental was amazing - It was so close to everything - Bay or Beach - Just a great location. The outside patio was fabulous and allowed for many relaxing nights. Boogie boards, sand toys and the hose to spray off from returning from beach was a great amenity. Thanks again for renting your home to us - It was so awesome!!!

Great Beach House!

This beach house worked out very well for our family of 4 with 2 teenage boys. House was in a good location at Mission Beach with parking and washer/dryer available. It was clean, comfortable and so close to the beach! We had room to stretch out and eat breakfast and lunch in vs. going out for every meal...nice patio (with grill) area too. Beach chairs, boogie boards, beach towels and a bike were provided which was great since we were flying from the East Coast and could not bring these items with us. So much better than a hotel room! We loved it. Hope to visit again sometime!

I enjoyed this property so much and I hope you do, too. Newly remodeled 1940's beach cottage was as charming as can be....clean with all new travertine flooring and just one house from the water. The owner was a delight and even had a welcome basket when we arrived with fresh flowers.
