$1800/week - Up to 6 guests - 6 days/ 6 nights

November thru May - Occupied.
Plus applicable tax.
*Occupancy limited to 6 guests maximum.
Rental Terms:
• A $500.00 *Reservation Deposit, to be received within 7 days of the booking, is required to confirm each reservation. This deposit will be applied toward balance of the rental rate, which is due no later than 7 days prior to first day of stay.
• A $500.00 *Damage/Extra Cleaning Deposit, added to the rental rate, will be returned within 7 days after check-out, if no damage is shown, or more than normal cleaning is required.
•Cancellation Policy: Reservation Deposits will be returned in full, with a 30 day or more cancellation notification. Cancellations made less than the 30 days prior to first day of reservation will be returned, less a $50 re-booking fee, if those reservation days are re-filled.
