My husband and I truly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful condo stocked with everything we needed for a wonderful week at the Beach. We have been coming to this area for many years and this is by far the best place we have ever stayed. The view is awesome and the beach was great. Very close to all the activities of Daytona Beach and St. Augustine if you want to venture out. We like the quiet of Ormond. We highly recommend this condo. It was very clean and the owners thought of everything. It was like being in your own vacation home. All you really have to bring are the clothes that you will be wearing. The condo has been tastefully remodeled. We are definitely coming back.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway

WONDERFUL VIEW, MINOR FLAWS

This is a quaint little condo, very inviting and for the price not bad at all. Only issue is not very well cleaned. There was dead bugs on floor by windows and balcony door,but I know this happens I have stayed at other condos with same problem. There was sand on floor from last persons visit, and rusty kitchen utensiles. outside on the balcony is chairs that are badly rusted. Other than these minor cosemetic issues this is a wonderful place with great views. Its also very conveinent to round up the family and head to Daytona which is only a 10 minute drive from condo. had a great time will probably return.

Owner's Response: Thank you for letting me know about the minor issues you found. The utensils have been replaced and rust chairs were discarded. Our condo is sprayed for bugs on a regular basis, so i would expect to see some dead bugs. Looking forward to your return.

We loved the place and the location. The keypad for the lock was great as to reduce the chance of losing a key. The only reason we are rating this Good instead of Excellent is there were a few minor issues that I should mention. The queen size bed made creaking noises every time you moved on the bed. The non-stick pans in the kitchen were very scratched up and pretty much everything stuck to the pans. Many of the washcloths were clean but appeared very dingy due to ground in dirt. Otherwise, it was great.

Condo was very well maintained, clean and accommodating. Our family had a wonderful time, Very relaxing and the perfect getaway. We enjoyed the beautiful and uncrowded beach. My husband had great success surf fishing! And after enjoying the beach, we came back to the condo for a swim or to sit on the balcony to enjoy the sunset. Location was perfect for shopping, resturants, entertainment, and a night out on the town. Would recommend to everyone and hope to return soon.
