Newly built, well cared for complete home with 3 levels.

Looking for a spacious 4 bdrm new home? There is a master suite, combination LR/eat in kitchen; long sun-porch with table and chairs and sitting area. A 2nd floor master suite makes this an ideal place for 2 couples to have privacy.. Wonderful screened and glass in front porch overlooking the lake to the west. And a special place to watch the sunsets. The 50 ft lake front with grass area to enjoy the lake front. No boat dock provided this year but if you have a good mooring you can easily moor it off the beach. The bottom floor offers a family room, utility room with washer and dryer and a bedroom and bath. An outdoor brick patio to sit on makes a comfortable spot to watch the kids play in the sun but shade those that want to be out of it. This home is available summer and winter. Sleeps 8. Beautiful home built 3 years ago. All amenities are provided except sheets and towels.
