COSY APARTMENT RENOVATED BY ARCHITECT IN LE MARAIS, PARIS

Great apartment overlooking Paris rooftops. Meticulously clean which is really important for me. Well equipped, centrally located, nice ambience. Friendly neighbors. Definitely recommend. You will fell right at home.

My wife and I spent a week at this apartment in November and enjoyed the cozy ambiance during spell of cold weather. The heating system works well!
The apartment has been refurbished recently--everything is sharp and new-looking.
The location was excellent for us--the kind of neighborhood we enjoy walking in, with a mix of impressive monumental buildings that extablish the historic bona fides of the area, and small buildings jumbled together providing accommodation for boutiques, apartments, etc. that keep the neighborhood lively at all hours.
The apartment has a spacious and attractively furnished living/dining room with big windows overlooking the Mairie of the arrondisement and providing plenty of light. The bedroom is adequate even not big for the queen-size, but with a very comfortable bed. The bathroom is tiny, but accommodates a shower with plenty of water pressure. The kitchen area (part of the hallway leading to the bathroom) is small--not adequate for cooking a complex meal, but fine for breakfast, take-out and simple meals.

We only met Maud, and she was very nice and helpful. We also met one of their friends who took us to the apartment when we arrived, (Maud and Guillaume were on vacation at the time).
Apartment was very clean, and it seemed very safe as there are a lot of busy restaurants around the flat. Two metro stations are only a few minutes walk away too, (Temple metro and Republique metro) We did not use the metro very much as we mostly walked around the city, (ie: Champs Elysees, Opera, Notre Dame), since it wasn't too far from the apartment.
Overall, 1000 times better staying at this apartment than at a hotel.
