Tranquillity, green and fragrant scrubland, the house blends into the hill

In the heart of Provence, close to the sea (20 km from Frejus and St. Raphael), in the middle of nature, facing the Maures massif. One storey house adjoining the main house. Parking and independent entrance, large terrace with garden furniture, 4 teak chairs, a second large sun terrace (5 chairs, round table, sun loungers, parasols), bright living room, flat screen television, DVD player, library, games for children and adults, petanque, sofa bed, coffee table, round table, chairs, open plan fitted kitchen, electric and gas stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, appliances and kitchen utensils. Upstairs: 1 large double bedroom, 2 bedside tables, wardrobe, desk, dresser, television. Second bedroom with a double bed, 2 nightstands, dresser, cabinets. Bathroom with bathtub, washing machine and toilet. Air conditioning throughout the apartment. Sheets and towels provided.

During the entire year, you will be able to enjoy the Provencal lifestyle marked by nature, seasons and traditions.

December/January/ you can follow the cycle of olives which are ripe at this time of the year. You can see how it is harvested and visit one of the many oil mills, which offer very interesting tours. There are traditional and modern mills and they all open their doors for you to explore this ancestral activity while tasting the “raw” oil from the different kinds of soil.

February/ March/ April/ is the carnival season. Colourful festivals, flowers and citrus fruits, fragrances, customs and traditions, some festivals include the Festival of Citron de Menton, the Mimosa festival and the Nice Carnival among others.

April/May/June/ An explosion of flowers, nature shows you the most beautiful side and the promenade is a delight. The mild temperatures invite you to swim and to enjoy water activities, trips and sports. This is an ideal time to explore the heritage gardens that are remarkably beautiful. The Rayol Gardens, the Roschild Villa Gardens. The Kyrios Villa Gardens, and the Maeghe Foundation where art is exhibited in harmony with nature.

July/August/September/ Everything is possible and allowed; it’s the best part of the holidays. Thousands of delights are available to you such as excursions, relaxing under the sun or under the shades of olive trees, exploring the region, taste the local cuisine, archaeological, heritage and recreational sites, sports, water. The is plenty to choose from (the lavender road, the lakeside town of Port Grimaud, Thoronet Abbey, Gorges du Verdon, the lake of Sainte Croix, the city of Tortues de Gonfaron, the donkeys, aqualands, the pottery from Valauris, the glass makers in Biot, the route of fountains, the remarkable old villages of Les Arcs sur Argens, St Paul de Vence, Cotignac etc. Visits of the castles and wine tastings, the Provence Rose or the famous red wines like the Chateau Sainte Roseline and the Font du Broc; the numerous festivals of classical music, variety, jazz, pop, rocks, gypsy, flamenco and also the route of painters (Picasso, Mattis, Chagall, etc.), the festivals in every village and the very generous Provencal markets as well as the many art exhibits with pictures and crafts etc.

September/October/November/ Bacchus is in the spotlight!! Everywhere vineyards are filled with activity, the harvest is in full swing and many traditional festivals come around the harvest season in the villages and castles with renowned tours, tastings and dinners organized in numerous exhibitions that combine art and wine. Provence remains green, only the vineyards are covered in gold and purple and invite you to discover the best nectar.

December/ Christmas in Provence, is the time of figurines, Christmas gardens, the re-enactments of the nativity in Cotinag so you can explore all the Christmas traditions of Provence, and we can not forget to mention the 13 desserts!!

descriptifs et photos en tous points conformes à la réalité, avons passés avec nos enfants de 15 et 19 ans un très agréable séjour, dans cet écrin de calme et de verdure.
location très propre, la clim indépendante dans toutes les pièces est un vrai plus.la literie est excellente, même pour le clic clac du salon, bravo !!
l'accueil est tout à fait sympathique, les propriétaires charmants et pas du tout envahissants.
incroyable sensation d’être seuls au monde, et pourtant à 5mns en voiture le très charmant centre ville et toutes les commodités vous tendent les bras.
la mer est à 30 mns, les gorges du Verdon à peine à 1 h.
bref, c'est le bonheur.

Maison tres propre ,endroit tres calme.maison tres bien equipee il ne manque rien.
La climatisation est tres appreciable pour passer des nuit reposantes surtout avec
les grosses chaleurs de l ete, le couchage est parfait,terrasses pour repas barbecu,bronzage,etc
