Private association with over 1400 feet of private shared beach on Lake Michigan with tennis court and small playground area. 78 steps up from parking lot to a quiet serene hideaway with seasonal views of Lake Michigan. Bring your bathing suit, books, camera and enjoy.

Short walk to beach thru association roads: Shore Acres Association is a group of 22 homes nestled in the sand dunes with an abundance of trees and wildlife. Together we share aprox 1400 feet of Lake Michigan beach.

Private area close to town and shopping: One mile south of pier in Grand Haven. Walk the beach or take your car downtown. Grand Haven is a busy tourist town in the summer months with plenty of shopping, entertainment and soft sand beaches.

Fall is a great time to experience this place... surrounded by the color of the trees, active squirrels and birds, and even a visit from three deer! Walk to the beach was a very exhilarating experience and a great workout climbing the steps. Thanks!

Three perfect weeks!

My husband and I rented this cottage for three weeks. The home is just as lovely as the pictures show. We've rented many homes before and found this to be the best equipped of them all. The large deck around the entire home and lovely, well maintained outdoor living spaces (complete with beautiful potted plants) were much appreciated. Many personal/comfortable touches throughout. Two of our daughters and their families live in the area and came often to share the beautiful home and pristine beach with us. The stairs were a challenge at times, I have to admit, but other than that, our stay was perfect. Thank you for sharing your tree top cottage with us.

I haven't been to the actual property yet, but feel sure my stay will be pleasant. My experience with the owner has been overwhelmingly positive. Unlike some of the other owners who feel it is a pain to rent their property to you, the owners of this property have excellent customer service and are willing to work with prospective clients to make sure their needs are met. If you want a positive buying experience look no farther than this property.

Check out the pic of stairs up to this hidden gem. I call it the "Stairway To Heaven." Pics of this place cannot describe to warmth that soaks in after you settle in for a bonfire and grill out with friends and family. The deck is expansive. Super dog friendly area. Once on the beach let your dog roam a bit while taking it all in. This is NOT your usual cabin. It is "posh" but not stuffy in any way. COZY! Sleep with your windows open and listen to the waves from the lake lap up on the shore while you take in the moon light shining in from the skylights. This is the kind of place you will want to return year after year. It is a genuine home away from home. The owners are extremely attentive but not intrusive.
