Super luxurious five star lake view home with sweeping views of Lake Coeur d'Alene. Completed in 2008 this magnificent home boasts five bedrooms and can accommodate up to 12 people. There are two master suites with king beds and fireplaces, a room with two queens and a room with another queen upstairs. There is also a beautiful room downstairs with a king bed and fireplace. There is plenty of room for sleeping bags throughout the rest of the house . The home is craftsman style with large trusses throughout the house and a magnificent gourmet kitchen that boasts Viking appliances and a large Subzero refrigerator. Formal dining room seats ten people but the kitchen also has an island that seats four people. One of the best features of this beautiful house is a custom 20 foot hand crafted bar area with sweeping views of the golf course and lake. There are views of the lake and woods from every room.

The home is located in Coeur d'Alene approx. 20 miles from downtown and is approximately 2 miles from Rockford Bay marina and Shooter's Restaurant. Perfect location to stay for Iron Man race. It is very private and sits behind the exclusive gates of the Polo Cielo section of The Golf Club at Black Rock. Enjoy relaxing on 1000 feet of deck space with panoramic lake views, a fire pit, and miles and miles of trees. Enjoy a glass of wine outdoors while the deer graze just yards away. Wild turkeys, eagles, and other wildlife abound.

Magnificent Lake Coeur d'Alene is renowned for its 150 miles of lake shore and is also home to the Coeur d'Alene Iron Man Race. Enjoy boating, fishing, water skiing, wake boarding, fly fishing, hunting, shooting, snow skiing, snowboarding, and other outdoor activities. This home is a beautiful destination all year round.

About Kim Wyman

Harv and Kim Wyman currently live with their four children in Laguna Niguel, CA. Harv is a mortgage broker for United American Mortgage as well as a real estate speculator with D and D Acquisitions. Kim currently works as a home stager for D and D Acquisitions.

We chose to build out at Black Rock because we loved that it wasn't just building on a homesite, it was buying into the whole lifestyle out at Black Rock. We decided to buy this one acre lot because it is very private when we want it to be and very social when we get cabin fever. The home was designed to accommodate several large families because we have a large extended family and we entertain a lot.

Breathtaking views of winter on Coeur D Alene Lake

The home exceeded expections. The listing photo's captured some of the beauty of the home and views but you have to be there to fully appreciate the exceptional views. Everything you need to have a wonderful vacation is provided, all you need is your suitcase. The owners went above and beyond to answer any questions and make sure the arrival and departure went smoothly. It is a perfect place to get away for some R&R or for having a large family reunion. The home flows wonderfully and accomadates a cozy private weekend and yet is roomy enough to hold extended family reunions or entertain for a corporate retreat. Well done by the owners. Seeing the moose and elk were just another bonus to the already amazingly beautiful scenery.

Perfection!

This house is stunning. Top of the line appliances, bedding, linens, and furniture. Plenty of room for a large group to spread out. The pictures do not do it justice on the size of the house. The deck was our favorite place to be. Sitting outside is so peaceful. The beautiful custom bar was our next favorite! The house is decorated to perfection. VERY clean, new, and luxurious. The owners are so nice (thanks Kim!). The property is immaculately maintained. We will be back!

WOW! Life is GOOD!

We came up here with another family. The house was set up beautifully. Completely comfortable, everything you could hope to have at your fingertips. The inside was gorgeous, but the patio was amazing! Absolutely loved the view!

It was so nice that the home was big enough that the kids can play in one place and the adults can have another, while still being able to see what they are up to. Haha!

Enjoy your time there. It doesn't get better than this!
