2 BR, 2 full BA,1 half BA, sleeps 5, livingroom, kitchen, laundry!

The apartment is in the better part of Sao Paulo; from here you can go by feet or by tube (for the lazies) to the most important spots of SP, such as Av. Paulista, people running up and down all the day! Rua Oscar Freire ...our '5th Avenue', if you are looking for Glamour in SP! This is the place. Ibirapuera Park (our central park) with lakes and natural spots, it's the best one in SP. In the park you can visit The MAM (museum of modern art) and others, Free exhibitions! MASP, art museum of Sao Paulo. Estacao Julio Prestes (the best opera theater in South America, & one of the 20th in the world!) Estacao da Luz (museum of the Portuguese language) & Pinacoteca do Estado. Mercado municipal where you can find tropical fruits that probably you'll never see in your entire life! Rua 25 de marco, that is a crazy market street. Our Market Exchange that you can visit for free every day (BOVESPA). BANESPA TOWER, from the top you're gonna see really good Sao Paulo in 360 degrees!

and also...: Colegio Sao Paulo, that gave the name to the city!

Theaters, Cinemas and comedy shows on Rua Augusta...3 minutes from my ap.

Bars and clubs and great restaurants opened till late night.

This is a fine and modern apartment, nicely decorated, I felt immediately at home. It has a main sitting room, three bedrooms (two big and one smaller), three bathrooms (one smaller for the empregada), a kitchen and 'area de serviço'. So it's spacious to.
The location is perfect, close to avenida Paulista and the center, so you can do a lot by walking on foot. Cinema, restaurant, supermarket, shoppings, everything is close by.

Aproveitei muito minha estadia em São Paulo, no apartamento do Matteo. Meu quarto era grande, confortável e bem decorado, assim como todo o apartamento. A localização do edifício é perfeita, com fácil acesso a metrô, shoppings e restaurantes. E a convivência com o Matteo e os demais moradores foi tranquila e amigável, me senti em casa!

We stayed at this apartment for four weeks while we looked for a place to live. It was a godsend. It was comfortable and well located, especially as I did not have a car and could still get around Sao Paulo easily. There are grocery stores and shopping centres, restaurants and cinemas nearby. The apartment was very clean and well maintained and the owner helpful and attentive. I am happy to recommend this apartment to anyone. If there is one negative point, it would be the noisiness of the neighbourhood, especially on weekends. However, being on the twelfth floor, it was not too serious an issue.
