IDEAL APARTMENT FOR A CHARMING AND LUXURY VACATION IN SAINT GERMAIN DES PRES

Overall our vacation was enhanced by staying in this apartment, we even did not mind going up and down the winding stairs. The apartment is a 3rd floor walkup.
The listing description was pretty accurate and the owner, Thomas, was extremely pleasant and responsive, and the property was clean and very well maintained. If we had one small problem it would be that the apartment had a clothes washer it did not have a dryer.
The apartment is located next to a beautifull park, and was close to a large number of restaurants and other amenities and also to the metro.
We would recommend this apartment to our friends and if we go back to Paris, we would try to stay here again.

Even though August is a busy tourist time in Paris, this apartment allowed the feeling of living in a quiet neighborhood to occur. A sleepy one lane street, nearby boulangeries for picking up the morning baguette and the Luxembourg Gardens just a few blocks away for a morning run, stroll or afternoon picnic, made this the ideal location. A perfectly large apartment for two, with large French windows in both the bedroom and living room, even in the August 90 degree temps, we stayed cool. I couldn't have been more pleased. With available wireless, access to French television for morning news and cooking utensils to make meals put together from fresh produce at the markets, I highly recommend this apartment. Thomas and his team were very professional and prompt in their correspondence and with the suggestion to use Ecocab to take us from the train station directly to the apartment and then back to the airport at the end of our stay, the arrival and departure were quite smooth. A lovely time in Paris was thoroughly enjoyed.

My family and I -- four adults -- stayed for two weeks in this lovely apartment. The apartment is, in my opinion, a great location for a longer stay in Paris. We all enjoyed being minutes from the Jardin du Luxembourg, the metro, the markets and restaurants. The apartment is bright and peaceful -- in a quiet neighborhood with a lovely bakery nearby...We cooked our meals from produce we purchased at the local farmers markets. Our landlord, Thomas, is very hospital and responds to any inquiries immediately. For four adults, it was a bit snug -- yet we managed well. The fold out bed is quite comfortable. I would definitely return anytime. Thank you Thomas!
