PLAYACAR BEACH & GOLF STUDIO with Free WI-FI.

Playacar is a private, gated community in Playa del Carmen, just 40 miles south of Cancun International Airport in the Playa del Carmen Hotel Zone in the Mayan Riviera. The studio is located in the Chac Ha condo complex directly across the street from the Reef Playacar Hotel.

This is a poolside studio with pool view. It has 2 twin beds.and also a futon which can accommodate one additional guest. It has marble floors throughout, and 1 full marble bathroom (tub & shower) and foyer with kitchenette and eating area. It has free Wi-Fi, Sky TV, mini- fridge, hot plate, microwave (no oven), coffee maker, blender, toaster, table and chairs, purified drinking water, hair dryer, ceiling fans and air conditioning. This poolside studio is GREAT FOR COUPLES or 3 (max) vacationers. Guests have the use of the Chac- Ha private pool and gardens (shown in photos). Local laundry service is available. There is an outdoor shower by the pool.

The studio is directly across the street from The Reef Playacar Hotel, through which you have FREE beach access as well as use of their pools, chaise lounges and showers.

* Full Day and 1/2 Day All-inclusive ( Food & Alcohol) packages are available from the Reef for a charge.

The Studio is a 2 minute walk to the Golf Clubhouse. Downtown Playa del Carmen is a 4 minute taxi ride.

Extras: Full-time staff provides pool; gardening; security services.

ACTIVITIES

Many guests love to lounge poolside, others enjoy the beaches of Playacar & Playa del Carmen. Which ever you choose, you will have a wonderful time. Whether it's eating good food or relaxing over drinks, enjoy every minute of your well-deserved vacation. There is also a wonderful Aviary located on Xaman-Ha, right here in Playacar.

Walking along 5th Ave.in Playa del Carmen, you will see many shops and restaurants. There you can catch the Ferry to Cozumel for a day's visit.

If you want to sight-see - Mayan ruins, Sian Kaan, cenotes, Xcaret, Tres Rios, snorkel at Xel-Ha or Akumal - there are guided tours or you may explore on your own. There are several car rental agencies near-by.

Perfect Studio

What a perfect place to stay! Steve and Susan are exceptional hosts and make sure all your needs are met. The 1 bedroom condo has everything we needed for our stay, and I cooked every night at the condo. Steve is adding an oven/stove--just for us for next year, I'm sure! :)
The pool area is beautiful. The Reef Club beach is huge and wonderful to watch the activities, walk, or read. My husband and I enjoyed our walks into town, going to Walmart and Sam's Club, running around the golf course, and walks to the Playacar Marketplace in the evenings after dinner.
I highly recommend staying here. My husband and I already booked for next year!

Our wonerful stay at Chac-Ha 701S

My husband and I have been coming to Playa del Carmen for 10 years and have always stayed at an all inclusive. This year we decided to split our time between the all inclusive and renting an apartment/condo. Our first week we rented the studio apartment from Steve and Susan. It was a wonderful experience from the very beginning. Our accomodations were perfect for the 2 of us. The kitchen was equiped with everything we needed as were the bathroom and bedroom. We experienced grocery shopping at WalMart and Mega which resulted in only eating out 2 evenings.

Everyday was perfect due to basically having our own private pool! The pool is large and very well maintained. We had he pool to ourselves except for 2 afternoons. Steve and Susan came out to visit and swim everyday and those were cherished times. Steve and Susan made our stay more than we could have ever dreamed of. They are the most accomodating hosts and so very gracious. We definetly will be returning next year and can't wait to see and spend time with our new friends, Steve and Susan.

Steve & Susan are very nice people. They helped us with our delayed luggage and to get best rate for all- inclusive in the Reef Playacar. They also gave us excellent restaurant recommendations. Studio is actually one bedroom, stoked with everything that you need, very well maintained and clean. Location is excellent, walking distance to Playa Del Carmen and just across the street from the resort and beautiful beach. I will return tomorrow.

if you want a clean quiet location this unit is perfect steve and susan are on site owners who make sure all your needs are taken care of use of the reef club across the street for the beach and setting up tours is perfect. i will be back.

Owners are fabulous. The place is well maintained. Definitely want to come again. It is all about location. Beach club is nice. Taxi service easy. Transportation a breeze to see and swim at Tulum and Akumal. Laundry easy on 15th. The owners are great and the unit is one of the best we have stayed in, well supplied.
