I'm posting this review long after my stay, finally getting around to it. The condo is in an excellent location for access to UT, where we were visiting our son. A few notes: The full-size bed was very comfortable and back-friendly--a very good feature! Our teen-age daughter slept on the fold-out.
There are condiments in the fridge and complimentary toiletries. We didn't use them, but it was good to know that they were there.
The neighbors were quiet, so no problems there; since the floors are tile, outside noise like footsteps will transmit easily, and it's good to know that you can expect the neighbors not to be noisy. You'll have a free off-street parking space, which is great.
The patio was nice, although we didn't use it too much since the weather was a little chilly, colder than in MN, where we're from! So much for escaping the cold and getting to the sunny south.
I liked having the Bose sound system. I didn't figure out the cable tv or air conditioning, but I didn't try very much.
The condo is very much like a home away from home, and exactly what we were looking for. The owner is responsive, and overall I'd definitely recommend the condo to friends. In fact I already have!
