Casa Azul provides a warm, comfortable, and elegant vacation rental in the charming village of Sayulita, Mexico.

Casa Azul is a newly built Villa on Calle Coral, which is on the quiet north end of Sayulita. Calle Coral has beach access street. The beach is an easy walk, 100 yards away. The ocean can be seen from the two outside decks, balconies.

Casa Azul guests will be delighted with the large palapa roof and the open design of the main house. The bedrooms are very private, each with a separate bathroom. The saltwater pool has no chemicals and is beautifully set in a private, landscaped yard. Casa Azul consists of 3 master suites, each with their own bathrooms and air conditioning. There is a bonus room which will sleep 2 extra children. There is a fourth bathroom on the main floor. Casa Azul is beautifully appointed with comfortable furniture as are the outdoor living areas.

The kitchen features a granite countertop, dishwasher, and filtered water and ice through the refrigerator door.

The Villa comes with a maid and gardener. The yard and pool are also maintained. The grounds are private, safe, and secure.

We provide wireless Internet and beach towels at no additional charge.

Rental Rates for this vacation villa rental in Sayulita, Mexican Riviera

Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency () unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

Notes

  • $325/nt - $2200-$2800/wk US Dollars
  • Casa Azul is rented as a 3 bedroom house, by the week, Saturday to Saturday.;
    Nov 01 to Apr 30 .................................. $2800/week;
    May 01 to Oct 31 (4 Night Minimum) .. $325/night .. $2200/week;
    The maximum occupancy of Casa Azul is 6 adults and 2 children under the age of 12.;
    Sunday arrivals and departures can be accommodated during the off season.;
    We require a 50% deposit upon booking and the return of our rental agreement.;
    The balance is due 45 days prior to arrival.
  • Dates Available: Year Round

    RENTAL RATES
    Casa Azul is rented as a three bedroom house, by the week, Saturday to Saturday during the season of November 1st to April 30th. If you have a request for a one or two bedroom accommodation, let us know and we will try to help you.

    The rental rate is $2,800 per week, November 1st to April 30th. From May 1st to October 31st we will rent for a four night minimum at the rate of $325 per night or $2,200 per week.

    The maximum occupancy of Casa Azul is six adults and two children under the age of twelve.

    We will accommodate Sunday arrivals and departures only during the off season and at a premium of $50.

    We require a 50% deposit upon booking and the return of our rental agreement. The balance is due three weeks prior to arrival.

    Our cancelation policy is for a full refund less $100 cancelation fee only if the Villa is re-rented.

    There is an up charge of 25% for the following major Holiday weeks: Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year

Casa Azul is simply gorgeous! Very meticulous and beautifully decorated with private spaces to escape, both inside and outside. The housekeeper's attention to detail is excellent. She and her daughter are also wonderful cooks and we enjoyed a delicious meal prepared by them. The location is perfect; close to town but not in the center of it and a quick walk to the beach. Enjoy!

Beautiful home

We just returned from a wonderful week in Sayulita. Our stay in Casa Azul was wonderful. The home is georgous and comfortable at the same time. The location is perfect for walking to town and to the beach. The kitchen is well stocked with cooking utensils. The three master suites are all located in different parts of the home which gives everyone some privacy. The pool and the property are very well maintained and the property manager checked in several times to make sure that we were enjoying our stay. I wouldn't hesitate to return to Casa Azul. Chocobanna has the best coffee in town (they roast their own coffee beans). An absolute must is a day trip with Chica Locca Magical Tours. You will be well taken care of on a 60 foot trimarin.

Absolutely Lovely!

Thank you Gordon for the pleasure of staying in your gorgeous home in Sayulita. My wife, two daughters (21,6) and I had a fantastic, and truly relaxing time. All of the rooms were large, well equipped with very comfortable beds and beautiful en suites. Though we did not need it, it was nice to know that the two lower floor suites could be completely locked off with separate entrances for privacy, ideal for multi family groups. The upstarts entertainment area suited the kids while we lounged in the living room, deck, pool area. The house is pure comfort and luxury, everything spotless and top quality.

Our days consisted of yoga with Nara (Paraiso Yoga -2 min walk) while the skids slept in , late breakfast, stroll to the beach for a day of lounging, late afternoon return for a swim in the wonderful pool (we would not rent a home in Sayulita without one!). Walk to any of 40 restaurants for dinner, walk on the beach at sunset to get home - repeat!

Maru the manager was exceptionally friendly and helpful, Sara the housekeeper is a joy!

We will be back.

Casa Azul was Wonderful!

We just got back from an amazing week at Casa Azul in Sayulita. This home is beautiful, on the quieter side of town, perfect for two families, and a short walk to the beach (even the surf break) and to town. The house is beautifully maintained, very clean, and comfortable. Both master suites are really nice with comfortable beds. The outside grounds are gorgeous.

The kids and adults loved the pool. It was so refreshing after our afternoon walks back from the beach.

The property manager and the house cleaner (who cleans the house every 2 days and provides fresh beach and house towels daily) are really lovely and very helpful. We are definately going back.

Great for two families!

The place was great for two families of 4. Adults each had their own rooms. The two young girls shared a room and the other two kids comfortably shared the up stairs living room, each having their own couch. The pool was used every morning and night when we were not at the beach! The beach is only a block away, but the main beach is about 5 min. Town center is about 5 min walk, but there are several great places to each within a block or two. We are planning to come back next year.
