This quiet cul de sac of 14 villas is tucked behind the main strip of the bustling resort of Coral Bay. These neighboring two storey villas each have their own private pool and enclosed garden area. The open plan ground floor consists of the living area, dining area and kitchen. The living area is comfortably furnished with sofas, a coffee table, television (limited satellite channels), DVD player and CD player. The kitchen is fully equipped with an electric oven and gas hob, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher and microwave. The dining table comfortably seats 6. Patio doors lead directly onto the pool terrace.

The sandy beach at Coral Bay is within an easy stroll of the development with the nearest supermarket, restaurants and bars being a mere 250 metres away. Coral Bay has become a lively resort with plenty to offer including a chemist, laundry, several banks, souvenir shops, supermarkets and a wide selection of restaurants, cafes and bars. The hillside village of Peyia, is approximately 5 minutes drive inland from the villa and offers a small collection of traditional tavernas and coffee shops. The town of Paphos with it's Heritage sites, modern shopping facilities and attractive harbour area is within a 20 minute drive.

  • Rates include: Weekly cleaning service & Welcome Grocery Pack. Air Conditioning is optional, payable locally at the rate of 4.50 Euros per unit per day.
  • A non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total villa or apartment rental cost is required. Please note that for late bookings within 8 weeks of departure, the full amount must be paid at the time of booking. Payments can be made by cheque, bank transfer or by Visa/Mastercard or Debit Card. Please note that payments by credit/debit card are subject to a 2.75% processing fee. Any balance of payment is due not less than 2 months prior to arrival at your holiday property.

  • Each villa has a twin bedded room on the ground floor with its own en-suite shower room. The two remaining bedrooms are located on the first floor, a master double bedroom with an en-suite shower room and a further twin bedroom with en-suite shower room. Both of these bedrooms share the large balcony which overlooks the pool area and out towards the sea. Air conditioning units are provided in all three bedrooms and the living area. A baby cot and camp bed can be provided.

Good Villa let down by attention to detail.

Clean basic accomodation. Let down by state of curtains, a few of the electrical items did not work, never seen maid all week. Next door is having an extension so building noise was heard all day except weekend.
Good points nice and close to all shops, bars, restaurants.
Probably would use again or one of the others in the cul-de-sac.
