The accommodation is arranged over 2 floors as follows: Ground floor with modern, bright open plan living room/dining room. The living room has SKY Satellite TV (free to view channels), DVD, and CD player. Patio doors lead out to a veranda overlooking the swimming pool. Both the lounge and dining area are air-conditioned for extra comfort. The kitchen is fully equipped including microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and water cooler. Downstairs guest cloakroom. Also provided is a baby cot, a safety deposit box, hairdryers and use of a 'pay as you go' mobile phone that can be topped up with local phone cards found at local kiosks. Air conditioning throughout the villa is available at no extra charge and a 'meet & greet' service is provided upon arrival.

The Sea Caves is an outstandingly beautiful and highly sought-after area, close to both Coral Bay and the village of Peyia. Coral Bay offers a wealth of facilities, including a sheltered, sandy beach and an array of restaurants and shops. Peyia is a quiet, hillside village with a well stocked supermarket, banks and small collection of traditional tavernas, coffee shops, bakery and pharmacy. Paphos Town centre, harbour, tourist area and water park can be reached within 20 minutes drive.

Please note that payments by credit/debit card are subject to a 2.75% processing fee. Any balance of payment is due not less than 2 months prior to arrival at your holiday property.
