the location is within walking distance to Sanlitum Village and subway line 10. There are couple bus right by the building to the major tourist spot, like Qianmen, Wangfujin Street and Silk Street Market. It is nearby a hospital so easy to get a cab. We stayed there for more than 2 weeks and like what it can offer.

Super nice and convenient

My daughter and I stayed this place in July and August for about 2 weeks. The location is great. Close to everything yet has very homely feel.

The new Sanlitun village nearby has everything you would wanted for, from apple store to supermarket with international food. You don't have to brave the traffic to enjoy most of the city. Of course if you want to tour the city, the subway station is right around the corner.

Highly recommended.
Recommended for:  Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children

An awesome find!

My boyfriend and I stayed at this apartment for 4 nights in March 2011 and could not be happier with the stay. Great location, clean apartment, wifi connection was good, and VERY nice and helpful owner. There was a deposit under contact, but it was dealt with very professionally - no worries with the owner. There was an issue with the door, but the owner fixed the problem within 30 minutes after we called him.

I would recommend this apartment to any of my friends visiting Beijing and would rent it again when we will be back.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway
