This apartment offers fully furnished rooms with new modern furniture and boasts a fitted kitchen, with new appliances including dish washer and oven. There is a bathroom with a stand up shower and another bathroom with a bathtub. The apartment has Satellite TV, DVD and high-speed WIFI internet connection. The interior of the apartment is filled with windows so there's plenty of natural light, the apartment is on the 7th floor and has also a balcony.

The facilities of the building : 24 H Doorman, fitness room, sauna, Bar & Lounge and indoor parking.

Located on the western border of Tel aviv (7 min. ride by car to the Tel-Aviv museum). It's also very near to Ayalon main Highway (main road to Jerusalem and Haifa), Perfect for both Business and Tourist journey.

Beautiful and well equipped apartment in a convenient location. You couldn't ask for a more accomodating, flexible and helpful people than Sarit and her mum. We would definitely return to this lovely apartment - it certainly enhances the trip to Israel.

We are a couple who comes from London
And every time we want to stay in this apartment
We always rent a car in ISRAEL
Because the apartment has a private parking
And security at the building entrance
the
Apartment not too far from the area of ??Tel Aviv
And you can get easily from her to anywhere.
Sarit is a charming owner
the flat always clean and well equipped .
The most fun is the balcony
Highly recommend !!!!

Beautiful flat, convenient location.

We have stayed in the flat twice in the last few months and really loved being there. The flat is always spotlessly clean and has all the facilities that one needs. The underground parking space makes it very easy for us as we always rent a car. We feel like it is our second home in TA and will always stay there if it is free.

The Best Place in Tel Aviv area

I had the extreme pleasure of staying at this residence for 3 months. I cried when I had to say good bye. Not only is this apartment everything stated in the description but the owner Sarit and her parents are the most gracious and accommodating landlords. The neighborhood is very friendly and everything from a bank, car rental, grocery stores and shopping are around the corner. Cook your own dinner in the fully loaded kitchen or go out at one of the many fabulous restaurants that are just around the corner.

I cannot wait to return very soon.
