Situated in the district of the Louvre, 2 steps to the beautiful place des Victoires, this studio is perfectly located, and you will find the Palais Royal garden just nearby.

This studio is in a beautiful classic Parisian building in the Montorgueil district which is very animated.

It consists of :

a double bed;

a fully equipped open kitchen;

a shower room with WC.

About neighborhood :

It used to be a business district with the Paris Stock Market (the Bourse). The Lively pedestrian Rue Montorgueil is now one of the most popular streets in Paris.

West from Rue de Richelieu is the 'theatre district' of Paris: a good dozen can be found in this part of town. The 2nd district of Paris, is also a great place to sample typical Parisian atmosphere: little passageways and arcades full of shops and small cafes, abound around Boulevard Montmartre and Rue Croix-des-petits-champs.
